Ivy was amazing help at the Miamisburg location. She was covering from another store but she easily directed me around the show room to try probably 10 mattresses. She knew the details of each, was honest with pros and cons, and we discussed my sleep habits which she kept in mind when introducing me to each option. Service was so fast and personable. I was originally anxious to walk in because it’s a big purchase and laying on mattresses with a stranger watching feels so awkward for me but she made me relaxed, welcome and comfortable exploring options. She said she’s moving to a new position soon and I hope it’s a move up because she was so professional, personable, and efficient. I was also able to take advantage of financing which took maybe 5 additional minutes and I’ll get my mattress in 2 days. It was overall a great, easy experience.

Went in and worked with Laura. EXTREMELY easy to work with, very knowledgeable, no high-pressure sales, no upselling, very friendly, easy going. Explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything. Since I used my wife's line of credit to purchase the new bed, Laura checked my ID and even took the step of calling my wife to verify that this purchase was ok. Really do appreciate that. Bed will be delivered next week, can't wait. 2nd purchase from Mattress Firm within 2 years from us. Credit terms are good, online payments are easy to make and customer service support is excellent. Plenty of products to choose from as well with various price ranges. Recommend to all, especially this location.

Kaitlyn was the best customer rep I have experienced in months. She knew her products to the n-th detail and was willing to research questions concerning financing. Kaitlyn extended her time to contact essential company personnel to ensure the customer got the best price and support throughout and beyond the sale.
