Scheduled a drug screening for 4 o’clock in the afternoon and there was a heavier set young blonde girl working the front desk and she pretty much canceled my appointment because “they don’t take drug screenings after 4.” Idk if it was because she couldn’t get up out of her chair without huffin and puffin or if she was too busy talking to her coworkers but it’s down right disgusting for a business to waste your time the way they did with me. When I was calling back to make another appointment it said they were open to drug screening until 4:30. Make it make sense.

Ladies at the front desk were rude, went before they closed a good 30-40 minutes before they close to drop off my husband's specimen after his vasectomy. They had the doors already locked and wouldn't open them for us. We stood there for what felt like forever making eye contact with them. We could see their mannerisms they were irritated, they finally unlocked the door and let us just drop off the specimen. Then we left. It wasn't even time for them to close. I will never coming back here again, save yourself some time.

The girl who took my blood was wonderful but the girls behind the desk are so unhelpful. Like they’re pissed you’re even there or trying to ask them questions at all. Try Compunet I guess.

I am not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but my experience was great! These ladies were friendly, efficient, professional and I didn't feel a thing!

I have been forced to deal with them in getting labs for my 92 yr. old mother. They will ONLY use a kiosk for check in. She still prefers to do things on her own but cannot use the kiosk. They REFUSE to take care of personally. This has happened on more than one occasion. The office is always crowded so sometimes there is no room for me in there.

This is day 5 of waiting for results for a CBC. No one answers the phone and no one returns calls. Compunet has results for a CBC within 24 hours. Do not use this lab if you need your results soon.

I worked for this company for a month. I’ve never experienced such sexism and racism in my life! Management is incompetent and Human Resources is worse! It got so bad that I had to hire an attorney. STAY AWAY!!!!

This is the best Labcorp I’ve been to. First off my order form for my BW was a little confusing and instead of getting mad because they were busy, the woman working the desk was so nice about it. The woman who drew my blood was perhaps the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered in the medical field. I have epilepsy and severe anxiety about getting my blood drawn and so was so sweet, patient and comforting. She also made sure I was okay and ready to leave and didn’t make me feel rushed at all which helped a lot. I wish I would’ve asked for her name to leave her a review personally but I wasn’t thinking in the moment. 10/10 recommend.

Went in today,1-4-2024. the receptionist was really rude!! Said she didn't have an order from my doctor and then when she pulled lab orders out of the drawer she skimmed through them and still said she didn't have an order for me , but the thing was she didn't really take the time yo actually go through them, like I said she poorly skimmed through them instead of taking the time to really look at them all. I felt she was a extremely rude and non professional person, not even a good morning from her or a smile.

I had to go for pre-employment drug testing and for some reason, I had a shy bladder. The wonderful staff let me know that I had to stay and drink water and try a second attempt. After an hour and half and 8 cups of water, success! Not once did these wonderful ladies make me feel bad or a burden. I want to thank them all very much. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would.

Only giving a 3 because the hours of operation. google says differently from actual store hours . Wasn’t to happy about that yesterday when I pull up in what I thought was plenty of time before close per google but their door was locked and door stickers say different closing time . So that sucked
