I used to go to Kroger exclusively for my grocery shopping. It was quick, convenient and well priced. Not anymore. They changed the store into a gigantic Marketplace, changed the entire layout of the store, and added a Starbucks. Ugh. Now it's costly, inconvenient and terribly disorganized. I go to my local Meijer now and I am much happier.

I saw the seafood guy drop seafood into the vent on the display on accident and he scooped up all the meat with his hands and put it back into the display
The people selling cheese are literally always unavailable and inattentive.
It takes on average 15 minutes to get deli meat from the deli. And that's if there's NO line
Their food is moldy
Their food expires within a day or so of grabbing it from the shelves
I've never seen worse customer service in my life
They don't even bother with substitutes for online orders. Which is terrible because I can't go in myself as a blind guy with a cane
I tried to order cat food, they canceled it and told me there were no replacements. They have an entire isle dedicated to cat food
I hear stories of applicants being "unqualified" to become baggers.
An absolute circus.

Great kroger except for thr bakery, there isn't much available. Thr employees are helpful and thr Starbucks is the best.

More people were on the floor than there were at the front end. Only two registers with human cashiers were open!!! Why does a smaller store like Oxford have more cashiers??? Horrible cuatomer service

Shame on them. My only issue, isn't my insurance told me that was my insurance food card, at Kroger makes the decision of what is healthy and what is not. Kroger's is blaming my insurance company. I mean really, you would think that for a diabetic, artificial sugar would be considered a healthy food item. Plus there's bread, and pork (all pork) is not considered healthy in Kroger's eyes. In order for it to be considered "healthy", I had to go to Walmart. I hardly buy any sugar items, or unhealthy food. Shaver on my local hometown Kroger's!

I bought tilapia which was on sale. That should have been a red flag for me. Kroger excels when it comes to putting items on special when they are near or past their date of expiration. Short story short, the fish was stinking as early as the next morning. Just add this to the hundreds of other bad customer service issues, such as me me overhearing a cashier tell a bagboy to pull up his pants, and the bagboy quipping, “I’m just advertising”. In addition, I end up bagging my own groceries all the time due to lousy employees goofing off instead of doing their job. What a Bulgarian cluster-_ _ _ _!

We were at this location at approximately 1pm. While we were in the meat department we came across Jose. We noticed Jose was trying work so we stayed out of his way. It seemed as though Jose was having a bad day as he made it a point to let was know he was giving us the death stare. He left they area for a min and came back to the exact spot we were with his hands on his hips. He let was no his annoyance eith our presence still with his breath talking under his breath and overall body language. With this second encounter I decide to take my money elsewhere. The way he was acting was so unprofessional and made me so uncomfortable. I was not even close to done shopping as we usually spend between 600.00-800.00 Each grocery trip. My trip today was just a little over 300.00. It's sad an employee can change the entire experience as I'm not usually affected but things like this but that's just how bad it was.

The pharmacy will short your prescription by more than half then blame the counting error on a machine counting. Count your pills before leaving the pharmacy. I’m debating on reporting them as stolen medication to the miamisburg police.

This Kroger is huge and clean. It is much more than just a supermarket. They have most daily essentials, too. There is plenty of parking and easy entrance and exits.

brand new moldy bread?? take your services seriousl, need new employees that care. screw the ambiance y'all need help to get your employees to work and do their dang job correctly I will not shop here even if it was the last store around I'll just drive a little bit further and go to Walmart
