Great store with plenty of staff to help out. There are also self checkout lanes st this store. I didn't get the opportunity to use them on this trip, but it's something that I will definitely try in the future. I also love the selection and prices of their jeans. It's my goto place for jeans.

I usually visit Sephora inside of Khol's. Very helpful staff and the environment is always clean and organized.

Store was a mess, and hard to shop in due to all the racks everywhere with all the clearance merchandise, and stacks and stacks of boxes everywhere

Came here with several items to return and was quite heavy. I needed to use a cart, as I have extensive spinal problems, but the carts won't work anywhere but in store! Absolutely ridiculous. I'll never shop there again, as this policy (ensured by locking the wheels up at the exit door) is discriminatory against people with disabilities. It's ridiculous and highly inconvenient. Now I have to go some other Kohl's that actually has a manager with some sense. Once I return my stuff, I'll never shop there ever again and I'll be returning every single item I purchased instead of tge few that didn't work for me. Never again!

Yeah, so we came here with Amazon returns that supposedly we could scan them in there. We just moved to the area, and quite a few returns and needed a cart. My wife goes in, gets one, and then proceeds to get stuck at the door, because apparently this Kohls won't let you take them outside. The wheels locked, and we couldn't move the cart. Asked for help, got stared at by the staff. No response, no offers to help, no explanations, nothing.
We were going to spend a little time shopping there after doing the Amazon returns, but based on the associates there, no thanks.

ABILITY TO RETURN ITEMS IS GOOD, EVEN THOUGH IT'S ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STORE. I HATE THAT THERE IS ONLY 1 DRESSING ROOM FOR MEN AND WOMEN AND 1 ATTENDANT AT REGISTER AND THERE ARE NOW SELF CHECK OUT STATIONS. WHAT'S HAPPENED TO YOU KOHLS?

Apparently most of the stuff in the store is excluded from the percentage off that they send you in the mail now! Nothing I bought was able to be discounted. The lady in front of me was also purchasing something that was not eligible. I wonder what is eligible?
