The buying and selling process was fine but I did not like that I could not use my bank for the financing. I understand the dealers position regarding past issues and risk but they need to put a process in place that allows the buyer more flexibility for financing. My bank had a lower interest rate plus my bank did not charge a $295 processing fee which it what the provided bank charged me. That said, I would still recommend this dealer as they were willing to make a deal work and they treated my wife and I very courteously and were willing to listen to our needs and made an effort to make sure we were satisfied. Tony the salesperson was very cordial and cared about our business.

Purchased a Ford Bronco from Tyler Adkins. He was great to work with and very patient. The whole team did great, finance and the whole process went quick and smooth.

Lawrence Reynolds did an amazing job helping me find a vehicle in my budget, getting me out of a car loan and previous car. Working with him was easy and stress free. Everyone at interstate ford is always happy and helpful.

I’ve had work done on my F450 at Interstate Ford and I’ve been happy with their work and even the cost of their work. The two star rating is because of the telephone system. Calling to schedule a service on my truck is a nightmare. For work I’m currently trying to get scheduled, I’ve called six times! I’ve still had no success and will try elsewhere. The typical call has someone pick up and transfers my call to a mailbox or a system picks up my call that eventually leads to being dropped. This is not the first time I had trouble getting a service scheduled. Previously I made an appointment for a service only to arrive for the work and found I wasn’t on their schedule. How this dealership stays in business is beyond me!

I had a great experience at Interstate Ford in Miamisburg Ohio. Jeff the one who sold me the SUV was not only helpful for getting the required documentation , but the whole staff was pleasant to make the deal work. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car or new truck to go see the Interstate people they are knowledgeable and willing to work with you..

Interstate Ford has been taking care of me for decades. Many of the employees have been there a long time. Lots of familiar faces. I worked with a new salesman this year since Tim retired, but Tony Langer was very easy to work with and made sure I was happy with everything. I appreciate that they keep things moving so the process only takes an hour! Interstate Ford is the best place to buy your new Ford.
