I bought a cheap Torreya bike 26881.In size, it is suitable for those whose height is 5.5 feet, no more. This bike is for a leisurely walk on asphalt, but not for the mountains! After a month of operation, the bike had the following points:1. Backlash in the plug. It clicks unpleasantly and gives in the palm of your hand.2. After a week, both tires are deflated.3. The mechanism shifts gears indistinctly. When switching to elevated, the chain clicks and jumps.4. The chain flies off the front sprocket.

0-Star! Customer service is horrible! I purchased a huffy torex quad for my son. It worked one day. Called them for help, got no where. Spent $400+ dollars for nothing. This is a very consistent issue with many customers and this company does not take care of their clients. The manage Jesse is the only guy who can help you and he is never available when calling to resolve problems. Super ridiculous and something needs to be done about this.

I would give them negative ratings if I could just based on their customer service experience. Inept and lack of customer service approach to a simple ask on what one does on an electric ride on that was for $400 bucks or so. Instead person basically told me that they don't give out free parts and you have to try out on your own what is not working to order the parts since it's out of the 90 day window. So 3 months is all you cover on a 400 purchase?!? When asked if I can talk to someone else, he transfered me to a voice-mail and then hung up.

Worst customer service that I've ever received came from Huffy's customer "service" line. Instead of being helpful, the guy was rude and talking down to me the entire time. Called about Huffy 12V HFW Ride on...which is a 400 plus purchase.When he rattled off that it's not covered and trouble shooting is the next step, I asked if there's any step by step instructions or just phone walk through.. to which he responded that everyone can do it and even grandmas so doesn't see an issue. I said that's not true as some people aren't good with electronics...to which he started talking over me and said that we don't issue free parts...which I never asked for. No support except some attitude based person, who could've been having a bad day, but made my day bad as well along with losing a customer for life. No huffy brand on anything!Also, I asked if I can talk to anyone else besides him and he said that everyone else is busy and can't help me. When asked for supervisor, pushed to a voicemail system instead. When I called back, this same douchebag answered and tried acting like he didn't just pull this on me. This time I tried to ask nicely if I can talk to anyone else and he said no one can help me as I'm just wasting their time now. Thanks, huffy

Absolutely clueless and useless. I emailed them with the serial number of my bicycle, play dimensions and the name of it and they told me they could not help me whatsoever unless I had the model number. The model number was on a sticker on the underside and it wore off. They referred me to a local bicycle shop. So if they don't even know what type of bicycles they make, how can they be expected to help anyone? It seems to me like they just need a lot more training, or accountability in their organization.

I will NEVER purchase another HUFFY bike. Customer Service Representatives are RUDE and not helpful at all. I cannot believe a company as well known as HUFFY would treat its customers this way seeing as their bikes are not cheap. I bought my 12 year old a bike had it assembled by a professional and once my son gets on it it squeaks very loudly while he’s riding. Took it back in to another professional bike shops who made some adjustments and stated he didn’t see why the bike was squeaking and told me to reach out to huff because it could be a manufactures issue. I reached out today 11/08/2021 around 3:03pm and the customer service rep told me it was nothing they could do until I took it back a third time to a bike shop and asked them to tell me what is causing the squeaking which I already did and he stated he did not know what could be causing this as the bike was assembled properly. I hung up and called back got another rep which told me that my warranty was already expired which is not true I bought the bike 05/2021 she pretty much stayed the same thing the guy did which I’m assuming their cubicles are next to each other. I asked what else could be done and she told me nothing they don’t send new bikes or issued refunds which I never asked for a refund I want a bike without manufacture's issues. The bike is literally sitting in my garage because my son is too embarrassed to ride this squeaking bike around the neighborhood. If u want a quality bike do not buy a HUFFY they do not care about their customers or the quality of product they are putting out.

We gave our grandson a 16 inch Huffy Rocket Bicycle for his birthday. Less than a year later the crank loosened and bearings shattered. I called the 800 number and was told that even though the warranty was 6 months on factory defects, they will send new bearings and retainers at no charge to arrive in 7-10 days. We will see if they arrive and fix the problem. I will perhaps revise my review then. Four stars for getting loose, but sending free replacements. But the jury is still out.....Jury is in 10 days later......Success! Huffy came through in grand style. They sent a hub rebuild kit free. I completed the job and all is like new. Grandson is elated. Changing from 4 to 5 stars.

Walmart and Huffy.I bought my daughter a Huffy Torex UTV for her 4th birthday. $500.00 purchase. Parts are not available. Huffy doesn’t back up their products. Waiting for the lawsuit to happen. Please reach out to me! I will share pictures.

I broke a chain guard of my daughter's Huffy bicycle. Remington found a similar guard to replace and give it to my grandaughter for her birthday.He was extremely helpful and put a smile on this old man's face.Thank you so much. Give him a well-deserved raise.....

Details of my bad evaluation coming soon , I finally reached the consumer protection agency after a long process of mails and unanswered calls trying to solve an issue and a major defect in a trike that I bought from this "reputable" company that doesn't care about losing their reputation nor their customers !Update on my review : the company will ask for a proof of purchase (receipt) and they won't acknowledge their own registration that you do on their website once you buy a new product from them.Finally after many escalations , they connected me with a manager who sent me a total refund !

Bought a BRAND NEW one at a local wal mart. The break pads are squeaky, and when we fix the squeak the back breaks wont stop the bike. ? I always wanted a huffy bike, now I dont know why I always wanted one. ?♀️?♀️ it sure is cute tho. I'll die in style I guess.Update. Got it exchanged. Got the same exact bike, hey, like I said it's cute. This one is much better! ❤
