“8/28/24-Would be a solid 5 star location and experience but the employee who who checked me in today Derrek was not very friendly or professional, he snatched my ID and credit card out of my hands and didn't even say a word until it was time to swipe my card.
Also, the ghetto parking pass was a bit strange for such a nice area.
Other than those 2 things, the rest of the staff and hotel were amazing. After Derrek left 2, the ladies were super friendly and helpful, even printing things out for me in color.
Clean and extremely well maintained hotel here.. the room smelled clean and fresh when I walked in. The evening meal was great, very enjoyable experience after the initial Check in.

Food & drinks: There is an onsite pantry with good and drinks, along with some essentials.”

“Checked in late and met a very helpful lady named Tessa. She was very informative about the rooms and policies. She also told me to turn the knob on the wall to get my stove to work. She's a great asset. In the morning I met a man named Kevin. He was polite and professional during the checkout process. My refund took 5 days to get back on my card, which is to be expected. The rooms were nice and clean. No bugs. No dirty linens. I would definitely recommend this hotelRooms: Beautiful rooms. Comfort. Accessibility. Linens were dressed. Room smelled cleanSafety: They have staff all day and night. I also noticed police in parking lot which is comforting.Walkability: I could walk to get basically anywhere. The hotel has two floors.Food & drinks: There's vending in their laundry area. A toaster, microwave, coffee maker, stove, and fridge in room. Speedway is out front. Plenty of restaurants. “It was a pleasant stay, I like having a restaurant in the hotels so I can get a quick bite without having to drive to get back to my room.My room was clean and spacious, and breakfast isn't included with the stay, but I'd stay again when next I'm traveling through the area.Food & drinks: Bar and grill in the hotel itself, had the Bistro 300 salad and would order again.”

“I don’t understand how anyone is giving this place a bad review. The owners are phenomenal people. I’ve been staying here since December, and the only bug I’ve ever seen here is ants… outside my door. I’ve got a rough patch a time or two and Tammy has always worked with me! Housekeeping always makes sure I have TP and clean towels and blankets. The front desk service people have always been super sweet and understanding as well. There has been many times that any other hotel would have kicked me out for being late paying, but not red roof. I love the owners and the staff here! I’ve had zero issues.”
