Some times hard to find things

This store is nice if you want to buy items that look crafted, but honestly it wasn't easy to find craftable materials for sale. Everything in the first part of the store was mass-manufactured, kitschy art pieces or end-aisle toys and extras. I was disappointed that I had to drag my kid through all of that overstimulating and distracting merchandise to get to the back of the store where the actual crafting materials were (which was a pointless trip since my kid had already picked out her share of items on the way to the back). When I go to a craft store, I don't expect to buy my items pre-crafted. I was disappointed with my shopping experience and at the mostly empty displays and lack of pricing on many items. I wouldn't go back; instead I'd go to a smaller, possibly locally owned, craft and hobby store.

I really enjoy shopping at this store. I can almost always find what I want. There is help available when needed. At times, checkouts can be a little slow, but I have never taken been particularly bothered by it.

I enjoy being creative with many forms, mediums, outlets, styles. There is no ceiling on creativity. This place has what you need to get the job done!! But beyond the merchandise, the staff here is fantastic!! Helpful, kind, caring. All great team members!! The pictures are from a multi-family community clubhouse I did for Christmas, with the help of Hobby Lobby. Also of our buffet I refreshed with Hobby Lobby's door pulls & oil paints♡♡♡

I'm not sure how they stay open selling artificial flowers (90%of the store is artificial flowers) they have two or three rows of actual "hobby" stuff (models, model rockets, Legos, model trains, remote control stuff. Even the area for cake decorating is really weak. It's still better than Michael's Arts and Crafts and I'm sure what they carry is what sells but I'll just buy online I guess.
