Do NOT go here!! I was happy with this location when Amber worked here. Unfortunately she doesn't anymore so I tried another stylist. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still in tears every morning. My hair is a basic cut with layers. I asked (and showed where)to have my hair just below my collar bone in front and just under shoulders in back. Tidy up the layers. I also provided a pic of myself, not a model, showing the length. My hair, which was to mid back is now 3" above the shoulders. I look as if I'm a 50yr old with a 5 yr olds haircut. Even wet, my hair is above the shoulders. I understand every stylist has to start somewhere but come on, can't someone please tell this young girl to start by taking a little off then asking, shorter? I was very precise on what I wanted and it was achievable because it was exactly how hair was with 3" off length and layers. After watching my ponytail hit the floor there was nothing I could do to bring the hair back. I paid and even tipped $5 because I just wanted out of your store. When Amber left this location I followed her to another for 5yrs. Since she's no longer working, I thought I found Amber here, maybe I'll get lucky again. 3 times no Amber and 2xs bad cut, and this last time HORRIBLE! It would be nice to get my money back because I sure can't get my hair back. Yes, I will humiliate myself and post pics so you too can avoid the young blonde girl. Very disappointed.

Emily is the only stylist I see at the Miamisburg salon. She is amazing!!! She listens and does what I want and has fantastic attention to detail! Love her!!!

Every time i go to this Great Clips whatever stylist i get does something to mess up my hair. Before it was not doing the part in my hair correctly, this time it was cutting all of my hair too short. I admit i should have paid better attention to what was being done (this is why it's 2 star and not 1), but at the same time i gave pretty detailed instructions on what i wanted done. This is the 3rd time this has happened, i will start driving to Alex Bell or Austin landing from here on out.
