First time writing a review. Ripped previous set off and then left my new acrylic set lumpy

I dont give a bad review because of the people, the lady who did my nails was amazingly kind but with that said, i walked out of the salon and could not help but just cry. some of my nails are crooked, some are curved oddly like a hook of some sort. the design that i asked for (french tip) was not executed well in the slightest and my nails are different legnths. i walked put with clear nails.

This Salon is uniquely great at what they do! They definitely appear to be under great management. My nails had never looked so perfect or lasted so long until coming to Galaxy Nails. Henry is extremely talented in his craft and he leads a team of highly qualified technicians with a "customer first" attitude. Each time I walk through the door, I am instantly greeted with a smile and my requested service (mani/pedi) is ready to begin within just a few minutes. The environment is positive, calm, and easy to enjoy. Highly recommended!!

I have always been very satisfied and pleased with the quality of my mani & pedi. All the staff is professional, pleasant and friendly. Ying is my favorite, nail technician, she is outstanding ?
Cleanliness: Every time I am in the nail salon there is always someone sweeping and cleaning.

Last time I came here they did a good job, this time every nail is shaped different and they charged me $20 extra for medium length coffin shape that ended up not being even close to the right shape. The tips of a few are so slanted I'm not sure how she even did that. She also was so distracted looking outside she cut me twice and acted like she didn't. Spent over $70 on acrylics that look awful, won't be back.

I am not usually one to write reviews about establishments but after tonight, I knew I needed to. I can honestly say this is one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to. First off, I had to wait for a long time but I was not too upset because I was a walk in and I just wanted my acrylic nails taken off. The tech I had was beyond disrespectful. She was very rough and cut my skin countless times and didn't even think twice about it. When I accidentally splashed water on her, she yelled at me. She would grab my hand so forcefully and kept giving my dirty looks. I will never go back to that place for anything and I will tell my family and friends to do the same. Save yourself the time and money and do NOT go here!

I’ve been here many many times. Mainly because it’s the best in the area.That isn’t saying they are good but at least they don’t break off in a week.Still the prices vary every week even if I have the same thing done.You get stuck sometimes with straight up amateurs. This last time I got home, stripped the polish off two nails and redid them myself.They have amazing ladies that work there but then they have others that you wonder if they have even went to school.We are moving and I hope to find a place better than this.I honestly wouldn’t recommend but I also can’t recommend anyone else.Need better options in this area for sure.And a note to managers at galaxy …be fair and post your prices for real!Don’t charge someone $8 to paint the ring finger a different color.

Got my nails done here once and liked them, went back and my nails were a cute shape but they all had a very noticeable dip in them? Weren’t smooth at all. Decided to go back and have them fixed (paid around 60 dollars for the set and tipped 12 on top still) didn’t have the same lady fix my nails that did them and she cut my finger once with the nail file and cut my cuticle with the drill from being too rough and careless to the point my fingers were bleeding. Not sure if she was mad or annoyed she had to fix my nails but it was just very unprofessional. Especially after sitting through getting your nails done twice and paying over 70$. Not impressed with this place at all and more than likely will not be going back. Also I thought it was weird that even after she cut my finger and it was bleeding she still dipped my whole finger in the dip powder with blood on my fingerServices: Dip powder

A gentleman did my pedicure and my acrylics and they were amazing!! I’ve never gotten such perfect acrylics and a gel pedicure in the speed, precision, and price of this place. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their nails done :)Services: Acrylic nails
