They have had my package for now 4 days, all days saying either it would be delivered end of day or in between 10:30-2:30. Im still waiting. I’ll prolly have to go pick them up myself.

My husband had a delivery time of 3-5pm, 8/15/25, and at 7:30pm called customer service. We saw Fed Ex in our neighborhood twice and they sat for five min. in front of our house across the street. When my husband spoke to two people at customer service, he was given the run around and was told that delivery would be between 8-8:30 pm, same day, whereas, he told them he was tracking on his phone and it indicated the truck was back at home facility. His tracking info was changed to out for delivery with no date and time. The package is heavy, they could have knocked on the door or called and my husband could have helped since we were home all day. Customer service was not truthful and was giving answers off a form to get my husband off the phone. So, where is our package, when will we receive it, who knows! CONTINUING: My husband checked the tracking this morning
8/16 and it says item was delivered yesterday at noon. IT'S A LIE!. He called customer service this morning and person said same. We gave him history and we were told a ticket would be put in affect. I informed him that we have a ring, we have exterior cameras and we can can provide footage of no said delivery. And we do, and we will.Then, he says he can assure us that delivery will be today. Really! HOW! It seems to me there is some nefarious behavior going on and our package is at an employees residence. CONTINUING:My husband had a package delivered, not our 170lb package we are continously lied about and still haven't received and talked to the driver. The driver was kind and looked in his to see if he had the package, he did not. He told hubby that he has had deliveries and a lot of packages were not loaded in his truck and does not know what is going on. If we do not get our heavy expensive package this week, we will be reporting to BBB and filing small claims court for reimbursement from FedEx. If we reorder and same thing happens, we will follow same protocol and file a police report.

They had to deliver this package the way it was shipped which was unexceptable and damaged due to packaging.

Fed has had a shipment worth over 1k that was supposed to be delivered on 8/4/25. Five days later still no delivery and nothing but excuses coming from FedEx. Not 1 single delivery attempt has been made when I live 15 minutes from the ship centre. Made calls and complaints and nothing is done. Time to take all the trash out and get employees that care and want to do their job. Pretty sick when a handicapped person's mobility is being held up for absolutely no reason. Corporate doesn't do anything either as complaints were filed with no response.

I didn't realize that this was only an express shipping location. I told the clerk that I didn't need express shipping and normal shipping would be fine. I was told we only do express here. I was on a time limit, so I drastically overpaid for unnecessary express shipping. For regular shipping, go to a different location. For really expensive express shipping, this is your spot.

I'm an associate of CPR (cell phone repair) we open at 10 AM.
The man who delivers device repair parts to my business comes at 9:45 when no one is even in the store, the lights are off, and he leaves with my clients parts.
This has cost us money in labor, money in lost sales because people want their phones done when you say it is going to be, and they don't care if FedEx is to blame or not.
The solution is to stop showing up on your route 15 minutes before the place your delivering to is even open, if someone needs to be present to recieve the package.

My daughter order a vanity set and the driver had put it at our door. When we tried to bring it in it was so heavy we couldn't lift it (140lb) the driver was making another delivery but before he left he seen us struggling so he came back and carried it in the house for us when he didn't have to. We were very thankful 🙏

Your driver Bill was menacing me discussing my dogs, which are licensed, discussing how my house should be owned by African Americans. Clearly you all need to mind your business, I have it on security camera and I'm reporting it.

Employees are awesome, went to get a package and they had to dig it out. So instead of asking them to do that and I would just wait, they still dug it out and called to let me know they had it. Thankfully I was just down the road, but still good service!
