Todd and Jim hung a large format painting in our staircase area. Because of the height and location (and working on the stairs), it was more complicated than the average job. They were friendly, informative, and meticulous with their measurements. I also want to add that their prices are fair and response times quick. We appreciate their work and highly recommend them!

Todd remodeled our bathroom and did amazing work. This wasn’t a simple job. He removed a large two person Jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a smaller Jacuzzi tub and expanded the shower, including dual showerheads. It required extensive plumbing, cutting concrete to move drains, electrical, and changing the configuration of a wall. All the work was done without damage to the rest of the house, and the construction debris was removed promptly. We are Todd‘s parents, and we are very proud of him for his honesty, skill, and work ethic. You won’t be disappointed.

Recently, we had tile in our kitchen removed to install LPV flooring. Once the removal occurred, it became evident that we had structural issues in the underlying support, such as the kitchen island bouncing when walking on the subfloor. The flooring company recommended Todd, and we couldn't be happier with his service. Todd conducted a thorough evaluation of the floor level and proceeded to inspect the flooring supports in the crawl space. He walked my wife through each issue he found, as they worked their way through the crawl space (I had recently undergone knee surgery, so I was able to join in this adventure) and provided photos and videos of issues he found.
In the end, Todd effectively communicated all issues and did an outstanding job reinforcing the floor joists to eliminate the bounce and level it back out. I will not hesitate to enlist Todd's services again for any future work.

Todd helped us fix our house up when we bought our first home here in Ohio! There was a LOT to be done including installing new roof, water damage, and termite damage. Todd sat down with us and the inspection report and was able to help us fix everything! He was incredibly thorough, explained what he was doing, and even taught us how to do a few DIY projects on our own once he was gone. As a first time homebuyers, we were intimidated by the laundry list of items to be fixed but Todd made it manageable. 5 stars are not enough to express how thankful we were to have him on this project with us.

Todd was kind enough to reassemble our house after a tree fell on it. He was professional when dealing with insurance, inspectors, and anyone else we met along the way. He made it look easy coordinating electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, and debris removal. Todd’s a local guy helping local people. Costs were fair and the work was quality. Look no further and give Dyer Renovations a call already.

Todd and his wonderful crew were great to work with during the remodeling of our flooded basement. Todd communicated each step with us before completion on major decisions and even offered his design ideas which we really appreciated!?. His professionalism is unmatched! Would definitely work with him on future projects!

From the moment he answered my call to the first time he stepped onto my property, I knew I had lucked out in finding a genuine, caring professional. He came over on a moment’s notice to help cover a giant hole in my exterior wall and swiftly provided a quote and started work to fix the issue. You can immediately tell he knows what he’s talking about, and he backs this up with his attention to detail in his work. To top all that off - he is phenomenal with kids! He knew the way right to my two- and three-year olds’ hearts: chick-fil-a sandwiches! He was kind enough to watch them for a few minutes in my car while I ran in to grab my purse. I couldn’t recommend him any more highly, and will undoubtedly call him in the future when something inevitably breaks. Dyer Renovations has done several jobs for us over the years. First, with a new roof, gutters and siding and then with repairing the damage done by a tree that fell on our house. Both times, we were completely satisfied with the work that was done. Todd handled everything with our insurance company, stayed in contact with us, completed the work in a timely manner and his crews did an outstanding job. I wouldn't hesitate to call Todd again for our next project.

Todd is the real deal. If you are looking for someone to get the job done the right way, look no more. We were in the process of purchasing a house that needed some work and Todd gave us an estimate and assured us that he can fix all the issues so we bought the house and he got to work on it right away. He did a lot of work including replacing load bearing beams, multiple structural changes to the house, and extensive wiring and plumbing. I was able to work with him myself on some of the fixes and he is so kind and willing to teach me a lot of tricks. I have never seen anyone goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done right regardless if it costs him more money, that’s just who he is. As an added bonus his dog, Trixie, and I became good friends and she got to hangout with me while Todd was working on the house. This is not a solicited review and I don’t usually write them but this one is easy. Todd is the guy you want on your side if you need work done and want to have a true peace of mind. I would 100% hire him in the future if I need to have things fixed and recommend him to anyone I care about.
