I got a gash in my front right tire in a new to me car. Discount Tire took me in without an appointment, ran diagnostic on all four tires because it’s an AWD vehicle and determined I only needed one tire. The replacement and alignment check was completed within an hour. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, the waiting area comfortable and clean, and they even had a plan to insure the tires I already had. They texted a status tracker so I could follow the progress of the service. Shout out to Ethan, Hayden, and Owen for taking great care of me. I recommend this shop.

Discount Tire was great! They had the best prices for services, and I was able to easily get an appointment the week I needed it. I bought my tires and booked my appointment online. Everyone at the shop was very nice, and explained the process thoroughly. I would highly recommend them!

Great service, up front with pricing and no increased charges after the fact, and car drives like new again. Only small complaint, and it’s not the end of the world big deal, but wish the tech wore gloves while getting in and out of my car. Still will use you guys again. Thanks!

Tried to tell me my tires were basically bald … took it to another tire shop and were perfectly fine especially considering my vehicle is only two years old with not a lot of mileage at all. They try to hard to sell you tires and lie about your thread depth. All I wanted was a tire patch repair. Screw that

All the guys here were fantastic to work with, went to the dealership to be turned away after verifying they could mount and balance my wheels and tires when we got there and unloaded they said they couldn’t, we called discount tire and they were able to get me in same day, verified fitment and showed us everything and talked us through the process to make sure we were happy with the fitment along with being super friendly and complimenting my wheel and tire choice. Can’t say good enough things about the staff, and Aaron the senior assistant were extremely helpful, they definitely deserve a raise!

Aaron did an excellent job listening to my concerns on my newish tires then offered to inspect, balance, and rotate. Not only did they do this, but they fixed an out-or-round issue and the technician, Owen, did a very thorough job with the air pressures and explaining the after-procedure when delivering the vehicle up front. Now the truck drives as smooth as glass. Nice job - thank you!
