This is literally the worst urgent care in the Miami Valley for kids. They either need to hire more doctors or shut this place down. I had my appt for 8:15. They get you in only because you have an appt, get xrays, then was sat for 1hr 15min with no one checking on us. No doctor did we see until 9:45. She proceeded to tell me that she still has a smile on her face as she loves her job even at the end of the night. Maybe you should work harder and quicker and you would be more tired. She also proceeded to tell me that she has to go in order. That is bs as all other urgent cares prioritize and get you in and out quick! I thought I would try this one again and save myself an ER visit for them to be quick at south, but I am done with this place no matter what. 9 years and they havent changed and still horrible and the worst urgent care for kids in the Miami valley. Do better Dayton Children’s!!

I took my daughter to this location yesterday an I was VERY pleased with everything. Everyone from there was so nice an caring. They took her back right away an started doing everything they needed to do an had us up an out of there within an hour. Dr. Kelly K. Was one who treated her an was wonderful this will from now on be the only place we go. Thank you all for helping my girl an getting her on the best meds an getting her to feeling better.

Took my son to the emergency room because we were in the area. I felt they couldn’t have been more thorough and compassionate. The doctors, nurses and PA all took great care of my kid and took my concerns seriously. I would highly recommend.

This place and doctors are so amazing everytime I go for my son! I recently had to go and the PCA Chastity was so amazing with my son and made him feel very safe and even had him laughing when he wasn’t feeling good! Even ended his visit with a popsicle! Highly recommend.

I have had to come here quite a few times over the years with my children and our experience has ALWAYS been a pleasant one. The staff and providers are kind, friendly and caring. The wait times are very reasonable for an urgent care. Highly recommend, I will not take my children anywhere else.

We walked in and only waited like 10 minutes on a Tuesday evening. Everyone who helped us was extremely sweet and patient. The NP could not have been nicer, and we never got the feeling she was in a rush to leave. When we left, my 5-year-old said “I liked that place!” ?

Don't bother making an online appointment, they will put you in a room fairly quick but prioritize other patients that had walked in and waited longer. They skipped over my daughter several times stating that there were other more sick patients. Finally get seen by the doctor after 2 hours waiting in our room, go to leave and see the empty lobby with staff gone. They had taken and seen the entire lobby before us because we hadn't been there as long as the walk ins. They should really just shut down online appointments because staff ignores and even penalizes you for using it. Extremely disappointed, I'd go anywhere else but here.

Do not bring your kids here. I repeat. Do not bring your kids to children's at all They have a full time Case worker that's out to take your kids And top it off all they have is young nurses straight out of college. They have no clue what they're doing.

I didn't like the care or attention that my child received. I didn't like the fact that no Black people work there as far as the nurses and doctors. A unpleasant environment and experience.

If you have a child with a potential broken bone DO NOT take them here! I am extremely unhappy with the physician that treated my daughter!!! She misdiagnosed my child and my child ended up having a broken fibula!!! An X-ray was provided at the urgent care and the radiologist noted on the X-ray that there could be a possible fracture on her fibula. The physician that seen her said that since she didn’t cry when she pushed the area she didn’t think it was broke. I again told her that my child has a high pain tolerance and it may not have hurt her to where she would cry out. Again the Dr said that it was just an abnormality in her ankle and it probably looks the same on the other ankle if they were to take an X-ray but wasn’t going to do it since the other ankle didn’t hurt. I again said that the radiologist was concerned and again the physician dismissed it! So we were sent home with instructions just to ice it and give Tylenol and follow up with Orthopedics in 5-7 days. They didn’t even brace it! So my child was sent out of there with a fracture and not given anything because she didn’t cry when the physician touched it! As soon as we left I got online and scheduled an appointment the next day with Orthopedics as a self referral. We went to Dayton Childrens Orthopedics downtown and sure enough my child had a Salter Harris Type 1 Physeal Fracture of distal end of left Fibula and now is in a cast for 4 weeks! I am extremely upset and disappointed by the care we received from the physician at Children’s Urgent Care in Springboro! I think that the dr should be reprimanded for not providing appropriate care of my child sending her out of there with a fracture when it showed on the X-ray with nothing and to be told that my child was just banged up! If I would have listened to the Dr and followed after care instructions my child would have been walking around on a broken fibula for the next week! Highly unacceptable in my opinion from a care provider that is supposed to be taking care of children!
