Doctor called in kids pre. 9 days later and the pharmacy hasn't even ordered the medication yet! No explanation, no apology. And the best suggestion they could give was have the prescription called in somewhere else. I understand they are likely short staffed and underpaid. But too just not order the medicine is unacceptable

I'm so impressed with the exceptional service I receive every time I visit this pharmacy! The pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are truly amazing. The lady working in the pharmacy and the pharmacist are clueless to their clients in store standing in line. No smiles, no Hi welcome we will be right with you. They just ignore you like you don’t exist every time I go in. Then when she finally did find the time to accommodate me, all she said to me was ‘LAST NAME’ so rude! And then under her breath says ‘I’m never gonna get anything done’ seriously!? Who hires & trains these people!??? I thought it might be a one off but it’s happened 3 times now ughh. A little smile, hello l, any type of acknowledgment would go a long way! If you hate your job that much- go find something you love and are passionate about! Geez ?

Pharmacy is unorganized. 2 times in a row..they kept saying my daughter had no refills but both times they had the script there? An it's always oops, sorry. They need to read the script. And they never send out the reminder texts like they should. It's ridiculous. My husband switched to drug mart so we are gonna switch everyone else's there too after this pickup. It's crazy.

This pharmacy used to be much more efficient. Now they seem to be in chaos mode all the time. Bins are stacked high, staff are less than friendly and the pharmacist has the personality of a garden toad. Staffing is always sub par. Considering transferring to another pharmacy.
