Rick at Cricket wireless Miamisburg is the best salesman/ customer service manager I've ever dealt with in customer service... He went out of his way to help me with everything even though he didn't have to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AS WELL, HE NEEDS A RAISEEEEEEE!

I wish i could give this entire place negative stars. The man who runs this place is just fowl. His wife isnt any better. My neighbor was offered $10/hr to pass out flyers and sweep the lobby as well as $20 to clean the wifes disgusting car. My neighbor is special needs and most people in the area know him because he walks around everyday. He was paid $20 the first two days he worked and then he was given the runaround the next THREE times he worked. One of the days he came home upset because the owner made him extremely uncomfortable because he tried to convince him to sneak naked pictures of one of his female friends and bring them into him in exchange for a new phone. My neighnor has the mentality of a 12yo boy and has also recently come home after months of being in the hospital after an accident that resulted in numerous surgeries and extensive physical therapy just to learn to walk again. Today the owner once again handed him a stack of flyers and asked him to walk all the way to kroger in the freezing cold to pass out flyers just to not pay him or even give him a bottle of water, knowing he had been walking around for two hours straight for him. Last week he even charged him $200 for an "upgrade" that wasnt even worth that amount without what shouldve been a free upgrade. This place should be shut down and that man should be arrested for taking advantage of individuals. Especially ones with special needs. DISGUSTING!

I just went to the cricket store on Central in Miamisburg and I was treated horribly by the clerk there to the point where I made me cry!!!! I will never go back very disrespectfull!!! They need to get that mean man out of there. I'm surprised miamisburg allows such an a****** to work in their town.

220 Springboro Pike is awful. Ihoir that works there is mean and nasty. He screamed at me and told me to leave because i had an rmotional support dog. The dog was 3 pounds. He said he wanted proof that she was a support dog. He cussed me out. He used the worst language ever! I had to drive to Miamisburg to get help.
