HORRIFIC. BUYER BEWARE. Where do I start? Expedia or Comfort Inn. Expedia has such inconvenient and practically unavailable customer support that even if you do have an issue, you can’t speak with a customer service rep. And if you do it’s entirely electronic. Their customer service department is unknowledgeable, ineffective and entirely devoid of understanding. Now on to Comfort Inn/Suites. In previous locations we have stayed with Comfort Inn without problem. That couldn’t be further from the truth with Expedia. It was clear from the commication with another guest that they lacked basic knowledge of any 3rd party reservation. Neither Expedia or Comfort Inn/Suites could communicate with one another when our room had been booked, paid for and confirmed weeks prior to our arrival. Instead My Partner and I were continuously told that our room was “pre-authorized” and never paid for, when each document we were provided stated the opposite. My partner has a neurological disorder that was further strenuated by our constant calls between Comfort Inn Support, Expedia Support and our banks. So much so that he had an episode that further complicated our stay and our experience. To top all of this off. When we were finally able to access our PAID room we then immediately had to switch rooms due to the cleanliness and utter disregard for sanitization. After all was said and done and my partner and I were finally able to leave the hotel, and we were met with attitude, disgust. -1000/10.

Doesn't seem to be that the hotel values your business I'm one of those bread and butter customers but yet they want to disrespect me and not give me my rewards or even put my rewards number on there so I can get my stay countTypical room somewhat clean floors have a weird feeling to them Standard TV package nothing special room was extremely cold when I went into it you'd think that they would leave some heat or air conditioning on looks like they do the basic amenities half a roll of toilet paper half a box of tissues I would recommend staying somewhere else you can get a better hotel for the same amount of money

Clean rooms! Minimal updates to bedroom areas and even less to bathrooms. Area to pool is NOT heated, pool room is barely heated, and we couldn’t swim because the pool was FREEZING!!! Pool is the reason for the 1 star Service rating.

The room was very dirty, stains on mattress, mattress cover, washcloth was stained, ice bucket was dirty, bed frame seemed broken, and the room had an unpleasant odor. We did not sit on the couch because it was disgusting. Fairly quiet stay, breakfast was o.k.Rooms: Probably the dirtiest room I have stayed in, the only good aspect of our stay is that it was only one night.Noteworthy details: Close to expressway.

My husband and I we're here visiting for my daughter's business, Grand Opening. This place offers breakfast. What a joke. The sausage was hard as rubber no eggs left at 7: 30 am. No potatoes at all. Orange juice machine dispensed watered-down juice. Only fruits were bananas no pastries the fridge looked empty with only one choice of yogurt. Only white loaf bread was offered. This not the breakfast I am used to at Comfort Inn. I always been impressed by their breakfast. I've been to comfort inn's in the past. This is why choose COMFORT INN, Miamisburg, OH.The room looked clean at first sight. But here the photos tell it all. The room bathroom lotion was an empty bottle, and the shampoo was half gone. Thank goodness I carry extra in my bag. The toilet wasn't clean. DON'T STAY AT THIS DIRTY AND UNKEMPT HOTEL. Corporate shouldn't allow this representation of their brand name.

We stayed Friday the 25th. It was a horrible experience. The manager on duty accused me of having “A man” in my room when I was checking out. The reservation was for 2 adults and 2 grandkids. The other adult was my daughter. I stated there was no man in my room. He raised his voice stating he does not like customers who “lie” to him. I was so upset and angry. It turns out he thought my 13 year old grandson was a “man”. He did not apologize. When I tried to get my $100 cash deposit back he refused to give it to me because my 10 year old grandson spilled his waffle syrup on the sheet! He only refused our money because he was mad and embarrassed that he made a mistake and was proved wrong. The manager on duty was Dilan Hira.

I had the worst experience at the Comfort inn at the Miamisburg location. The morning of checking out the owner Dilan Hira was very rude and disrespectful. He yelled at my mom, saying he saw a 3rd adult come in and out of the room. He was referring to my 13 year old nephew. He called my mom a liar when she tried to explain that he is a CHILD. The owner then refused to give us our $100 deposit back because there was syrup on the sheets. We were told that the deposit would be for smoking fee/ damage to the room. I could have gotten the syrup out myself if I had known it was there. Save your money and go some place next door. This place is full of scammers and they will end up keeping your deposit anyway thus spending more money. Might as well go to a nicer hotel.

The worst experience I have ever had at hotel in my entire life. I was traveling for work and couldn’t get a hotel anywhere else when I made a reservation with these people. How they handled the situation was even worse. The worst customer service ever and the fact the manager doesn’t have a card or a work email for me to reach out is weird and sketchy. Not professional at all.

It was not a bad stay but was not an amazing stay. The walls are a little thin, but overall the room served its purpose. Our only other complaint is the shower. The shower looked very old and was not the cleanest.Rooms: Vinyl hardwood flooring, spacious, appliances included. TV's are a little old but work fine.Nearby activities: Right next to a Chuck-E-Cheese if you have kids. Very close to several chain and local restaurants including the nearby Dayton Mall and shopping centers.Food & drinks: Complimentary breakfast is offered and drinks/snacks can be purchased at the front desk.Noteworthy details: Parking is relatively close to the hotel and the area is flat which is easier for those with wheelchair devices.
