Clean rooms! Minimal updates to bedroom areas and even less to bathrooms. Area to pool is NOT heated, pool room is barely heated, and we couldn’t swim because the pool was FREEZING!!! Pool is the reason for the 1 star Service rating.

Checking in was a horrible 40 minute ordeal. A prepaid room and the worst customer service ever.
