Used to love this small movie theater. Multiple movies have not started on time in the last several weeks, was 25-30 min behind schedule or the movie cuts off part way through. The seats are broken (won’t recline or sit crooked). Staff isn’t polite, young kids who don’t know how to say please or thank you and toss your food / candy at you; roll their eyes for literally doing their job… if you don’t want to fill popcorn or a slushee, work somewhere else.

Great place! Gotta be my favorite movie theater. All sorts of snacks and good food, and a bar. When you order food you go to your movie and they bring it too you!

Went on a Tuesday, Ordered tickets online about $10 per person. I ordered a special they had going on Tuesdays: sandwich, fries, drink $20. They stopped giving refills at 8pm, but offered me another cup for the possible inconvenience. The seats were very comfortable and in great condition. The theatre was huge and likely had room between the screen and seating for some sort of show on the floor. This one beats the pants off the cinebistro in cinci.

The concession staff went above and beyond to provide the best service we’ve experienced at a movie theater. The bottomless popcorn was a nice touch!

My go-to movie theater . A friend took me years ago, and I have stuck with it every since ! Always recommend to everyone I know . Great seats, screens, food, movie selections, and adult drinks ! Very clean theaters and restrooms (at least all of the times I've been) .

zero paper towel in the bathrooms. Poor guy at concessions said the only roll was at their concession sink. Had a busy Christmas seasons and supplies ran out; butter, paper towel, most candy + more. Managers calling off. Drying hands is a key part of sanitation. Poor choice to keep open when they could have gotten at least rolls of paper towel on the counters from a home improvement store. Seats that were out of order seem to be broken for months. For being called a luxury theater it was definitely lacking.

Very good movie theater, highly recommended to friends and family. Jacob was very friendly and helped with concessions and movie tickets!

I love this theater! The reclining seats are super comfortable and they bring you restaurant quality food right to your seat! Highly suggest.

Saturday mantinee viewing of Napolean was less then enjoyable. Lobby was a mess. There was all sorts of trash scattered about. Theatre was ice cold. If it were not for the extra layers we had on because of the cold weather we could not have stayed for the showing. Notified the staff of the issue however the said there was nothing they could do.Movie experience was poor due to a persistent pink pixelation of some of the elements on the screen.Bathroom was in disrepair. 2 of the stalls were out of order and there was several other areas that showed damage.

I see a lot of positive reviews but unfortunately our experience was definitely not positive! We reserved our tickets to see the 7:30 pm showing of The Eras Tour movie on Sunday night. We arrived at 7 pm to take photos with our group for a mother daughter night out. But there was not one backdrop or poster in the theater! We ordered our drinks but we’re not told the theater closes concessions and bar down at 8:10pm!!! So that meant the bottomless drinks and popcorn were a waist of money!!! They charged my friend $15 for the souvenir cup with bottomless refills but they handed her a regular cup and she received no refills!!! When she questioned them they rudely told her they had sold out of the cups! Then why charge her for the cup?!!We came out for a refill on our drinks and we’re denied by employees behind the counter because they had closed down 30 mins into a 3 hr movie!!! The employees were rude and not at all helpful!We had a wonderful time the movie/concert was awesome! But definitely will not return to this theater!!!

Place has gone down hill. Kids working it act like you are putting them out. Place is dirty and run down in the lobby. Multiple seats in the theater are broken. Sad. Looks like it could be a nice place. My last time being here for sure.

Great experience. Clean cinema even though I was here first show during a work week so only 1 other person was watching the same movie. The price is not bad for the seating. Food choices are good although I still believe the cinema is only meant for popcorn, soda, and snacks. good experience all around and I highly recommend it if you're looking for a sort of watching a movie at home vibe with reclining seats
