Horrible! Cops were there harassing some poor lady who was a checkout buying her items when a police officer and a manager took her aside to check her purse. They didn't find anything but how embarrassing! I feel sorry for her and I hope she calls cooperate and presses charges for false accusations. That can really hurt a person, their reputation, etc. They could at least been professional enough to talk to her in the office not out in the line where everyone was watching! I'll never come here again and I'm spreading the word! Don't want to be falsely accused of stealing from there. Bad manager! This store is always a mess anyway. YOU can't walk because the guy who does furniture is always out in the way putting stuff together and it's a maze to get threw. Employees always out side smoking. Ilses are a mess. Reminds me of the dollar stores that got shut down. Take your business down the road that big lots is way better!

Great store overall with all kinds of cool items. Staff are amazing, too. My only word of advice is watch the grocery prices. Most of the prices in the store are fantastic - groceries not so much. My box of k cups was literally 2/3 the price on Amazon when I went home and checked. I’ve noticed this at other Big Lots stores as well.

Amazing customer service! Kevin helped me and my fiancé out so much with our purchase of a new couch and table! He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything. This man honestly deserves a raise lol! Satisfied is an understatement. We will be coming back and visiting this exact location very soon.

If you are a fan of these stores ... this one seems newer and nicer than most. Lots of holiday decorations but the only thing i bought was a huge bag of kettle corn. Wide variety of stuff.
