Very helpful. I was 1000 miles from home they checked engine light on. Luckily only needed a new gas cap. Light shut off on the way back home.

"Your battery will take 45 minutes to change because it has a plastic cover, we can't do it" Did it in 7. Atleast they let me borrow the tools to do it myself. They don't like leaving the counter. If your not good with cars and need help go somewhere else, my mom would have been in trouble here.

Everything is in its place, so no hunting. The service was friendly and always available for a question or to see if any other options are available in the back.

On New Year’s Eve my battery died and I don’t know much about cars. I had to get my ex to charge it and decided to come to Auto to test it today so I could hopefully have it working but the 2nd to go back to work. Guy at the desk super nice tested it and checked the code on my check engine light. All free. Suggested what I should do if things go bad but all good now. Being kind and friendly is simple but not always common. I’m so glad I decided to just run down to Auto Zone.

I came in to buy a new battery for my Honda Accord and had fantastic service and knowledgeable at the counter. They checked my battery and told me it just needed charged that I didn’t need to purchase new one. The tech was so humble and kind. Checked and Charged the battery and told me everything was good to go. Didn’t charge me a penny. I tried to tip him and he denied me multiple times. Highly recommend 10/10

My car died right after I got my groceries at the Kroger across the street. I thought I'd call them to ask about the price for a jumper set and a battery. They were nice enough to send someone over to jump my battery, just enough so I could drive over and get a new battery. They were crazy fast and gave me amazing customer service. Thank you, Jennie and Christopher.
