“The buying and selling process was fine but I did not like that I could not use my bank for the financing. I understand the dealers position regarding past issues and risk but they need to put a process in place that allows the buyer more flexibility for financing. My bank had a lower interest rate plus my bank did not charge a $295 processing fee which it what the provided bank charged me. That said, I would still recommend this dealer as they were willing to make a deal work and they treated my wife and I very courteously and were willing to listen to our needs and made an effort to make sure we were satisfied. Tony the salesperson was very cordial and cared about our business.”
“Purchased a front spindle for a vehicle there this morning. The customer service was excellent. It was easy to tell them what I wanted; they pulled it off the vehicle and I picked it up. The spindle included all the extra bits fully assembled. Very happy with the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.”
“On Friday March 29th, I went to Advanced Auto because my car battery had died and I needed a replacement. I already knew I had a car that was a pain to work on and wasn’t sure if they’d be able to replace it for me. Doug was able to successfully remove my old (and corroded) battery and replace it with in a short amount of time. Not only did he achieve that, he explained everything he was doing and what steps he had to follow to remove my battery. I’d highly recommend him and Advanced Auto! If corporate is reading this, please give him a raise ?”

“A big shout out to the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group, Eric Soehner and his team at the Miamisburg location: Jamie, Tony, Cayte and the painters. They took care of everything. They had a tow truck out quickly, took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and was able to make schedule (even with all the supply chain issues). I can’t say enough of the fantastic job they did! My Mazda CX-9 had a huge gash down the driver’s side after making contact with a blade on the back of a tractor. My Mazda looks so good.
