“On Friday March 29th, I went to Advanced Auto because my car battery had died and I needed a replacement. I already knew I had a car that was a pain to work on and wasn’t sure if they’d be able to replace it for me. Doug was able to successfully remove my old (and corroded) battery and replace it with in a short amount of time. Not only did he achieve that, he explained everything he was doing and what steps he had to follow to remove my battery. I’d highly recommend him and Advanced Auto! If corporate is reading this, please give him a raise ?”

“A big shout out to the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group, Eric Soehner and his team at the Miamisburg location: Jamie, Tony, Cayte and the painters. They took care of everything. They had a tow truck out quickly, took care of all the paperwork with the insurance company and was able to make schedule (even with all the supply chain issues). I can’t say enough of the fantastic job they did! My Mazda CX-9 had a huge gash down the driver’s side after making contact with a blade on the back of a tractor. My Mazda looks so good. “Lawrence Reynolds is the greatest! So I went in pre approved from my credit union with a higher than normal interest rate. I was looking at a particular vehicle but Lawrence told me “ hey you may want to consider some different options.” Reason being was the used vehicle has somewhat high in mileage. He said if you don’t like it, don’t buy it! Which made me lower my guards because I was no longer talking to a salesperson, I was talking to someone who really cared! He then stated that he could put me in a brand new car with a lower interest rate, I responded there’s no way! I don’t know what he did except go to bat for me and he got a home run!
