Great place for appliances. Staff are knowledgeable with personalities that feel less like salespeople and more like friends. Sarah sold us a washer and dryer. She was great to work with. Definitely recommend.

After purchase we wanted to return above stove microwave still in box, they wouldn't let us. Said "who knows if you threw it down flight of stairs" REALLY! Then when we tried to use gas oven it doesn't work! MOST APPLIANCES AT THIS STORE ARE JUNK! WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE AGAIN. WE TELL PEOPLE BEWARE, DON'T BUY FROM ANY THING FROM THIS STORE!!!

Be careful of going by displayed prices in the showroom. The price posted on the model/color I originally wanted wake for the same model but different color. For the color I wanted the price was significantly higher. Be sure of the prices before making any decisions.

Purchased a cooktop from a very polite staff. Was told it would arrive the following Tuesday. Got a call on Tuesday that it did not arrive and would be at the store on Friday. I sent my wife to pick up Friday and they said it still wasn't there and would arrive the following Tuesday. Following Tuesday, I had to call to check status and I am told they can't locate it and have nothing else they can offer me but a refund. Ok, I am upset that I now went almost two weeks without a stove to be told I am not getting it, but I understand things happen.
Here is the kicker. I paid cash and they can not refund CASH. I am told up to 2 weeks to receive a refund check in the mail. Now I am out a stove and my money that I need to buy elsewhere. This will be the last time I branch out and try a new store.
