This place is exactly what I want from a gym. It is a gym for people who work hard and mind their own business. It’s affordable, the community is small and familiar, and the staff are friendly. This gym is a reality check; a reminder that you don’t need fancy equipment or a lunk alarm to be successful. All you need is dedication, consistency, and some understanding of gym fundamentals. Love it!

Great gym! 24/7 access which my son & I love. Ample free weights, machines, racks, a boxing gym, punching bags, dojo floor area, personal trainers & an owner whom is active in the community. What else would you want or need. I highly recommend this gym!
