Completely rude. We were hoping to purchase a parts truck and my fiancé asked the owner when we could come look at it and this was his response “You know, I worked there today till 745 pm.... Just because I'm there doesn't mean I desire to be bothered. I'm not even sure, why we are meeting”

Purchased a front spindle for a vehicle there this morning. The customer service was excellent. It was easy to tell them what I wanted; they pulled it off the vehicle and I picked it up. The spindle included all the extra bits fully assembled. Very happy with the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

I brought a fuel pump that has been sitting in the rain for a very long time and they still sold it to me for 50 dollars. I try to get another one but they staff was very nasty and rude. I will Never go there again.

Even with travel from Northern KY to Adkins with gas prices being high I still saved lots of cash, got my part, as described, and they pulled the part for me.

i took my truck to get the ac unit replaced, i went with one they had on the lot that i was told would work. for 75 dollars about half of the new price from AutoZone. I was originally told the job would take one day and cost under200 dollars. when i went to get the truck after being without it three days and the hole weekend it cost over 100 more than they said. i had a girl that works for me go with me to get the truck and made the mistake of driven g it off without checking the work. as soon as i drove it the fallowing Monday i realized the ac did not work at all. in the dead of winter i had replaced the blower motor and it was on upside-down and was missing a rubber hose. if theyt would have tested the pump they would have noticed, this told me they never even tried it after they put pump in. now i have been without the truck 6 more days waiting on something and i just calls them and no one know anything. i am without my truck and now i had to pay for a hotel room for another night and no one is calling me back. I am afraid i will have to go get the truck and get it fixed somewhere else. it cost me close to 350 for this mess. i have taken my cars their before and they did fine. so maybe they will get this right. i have an old Camaro i took in to be worked on a place in Miamisburg i am constantly needing a mechanic, i hope they do get it right. i will update.

Extremely nice people to deal with. I went there a few times looking for parts for my 4Runner. They took me back there to look at what I was after a couple different times. Parts pulling times were fast (next day for an axle assembly and locker harness with switch).I can't say how the service side is since we have a repair business ourselves, but if it's the same people who do the parts you'll get great customer service. Prices were great for what I was after; much less than other yards for E-Locker Toyota swap parts.I look forward to seeing them again when used parts are needed.

I needed to replace a damaged wheel on my son’s impala. Nice people, courteous service. They told me it would take some time to get the wheel as they were short on help. They called me as soon it was ready, which was pretty fast. I highly recommend.
