This is the best daycare I’ve ever worked for. I’ve been in and out of childcare for years and still will vouch for this daycare. I have never worked for people as loving as kind.

I wouldn’t have my son go anywhere else, he loves the staff, they update you throughout the day, and they treat me as a parent with nothing but respect. I was terrified to put my son in daycare yet they were able to help me with the process and made me feel more than comfortable leaving my son with them. My son loves them and always has a smile going to and coming from daycare and he’s only 7 months old. They always send me pics and updates and I would highly recommend young steps for your child.

Absolutely love young steps! Both my boys go there,my oldest loves going there all day when he has breaks from school! My youngest son loves it there also they both learn so much especially my 4 yo loves showing me his crafts and worksheets he does everyday!

This truly is an amazing daycare.! One of the best my children ever attended. The teachers, the owner, directors treat my kids and I like family.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS DAYCARE MY SON HAS BEEN GOING THERE SINCE AN INFANT AND THEY TAKE CARE OF HIM LIKE THEIR OWN AS A FIRST TIME MOM WHO WAS AGAINST DAYCARES THEY LITERALLY MADE ME AND MY FAMILY FEEL SO COMFORTABLE WITH LEAVING MY BRINX IN THEY CARE I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

Don’t bring your kids here by far smelliest nastiest daycare in mentor and they don’t care about your kids at all period your lucky I didn’t go after you guys the one day you gave my son the biggest RASH we’re so glad we took him out of here

They staff hit your children, never was fired from the center! The daycare administrator has a very smart mouth. It used to be a fun loving family daycare but not only anymore. Look else where not worth the headache. And those 5 stars are from employees. Employee taylaila hit my son and pushed my other son off the table and she's still employed by the center! They kicked us out because I had to many concerns and was always asking questions. MORGHAN THE OWNER DAUGHTER SLAPPED MY DAUGHTER IN THE MOUTH AND MADE HER BLEED. The director lora has a smart mouth and yells and when you call her out she gets upset. Please don't take your children here. It's better in the area

I was driving down lakeshore and saw these kids with the two ladies walking down lakeshore you pedants should know I heard them talking to the kids I’m not a nice way and saw one turn around a hit a kid in the head it was the only time they did it I followed them to this day care and asked them why they did that they lied and said they was playing a game it was no game they did it out of anger watch your kids and questions them they could be getting harmed
