They're horrible about responding to emails. Tried three times (once about upgrading car audio and twice about upgrading my HD audio) and have yet to receive ANY response.

Called before Christmas and asked of they could install a radio for my car so we made a appointment and when I called back today to ask what time the appointment was at they said it's not on file and they couldn't even install this radio for me.
