went to store asked for only which bedroom sets I could get delivered right away. When my deliver date arrived I was only brought out 2 of the 4 items I purchased. They postponed the date for another week. The next week rolls around and I receive 2 texts/emails confirming my delivery for the next day however later in the day I get a call stating that 1 of the items was not ready to be delivered so they were postponing me AGAIN. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from VCF again.

I had the pleasure of working with Patrice at the Mentor location! Her customer service skills are untouchable. I only wish I had more money. Thank you, Patrice, for your patience and advice. It definitely didn't go unnoticed. Unfortunately, I have to give to score them 2 out of 5 since I returned and bed and they never refunded my money over a month later. I had to call and complain to get my money back Gerri

VCF has been going down when it comes to the furniture they're selling. The prices have been raised, but the quality has gone down tremendously. And please do not get me started on the warranty company that's sold with the furniture. Pure Promise is the biggest joke of any company I've ever dealt with. I've heard that as of recently, they've switched warranty companies. I hope this one actually does what a warranty is supposed to do. If it wasn't for the 2 customer service representatives Shay and Karen. VCF would be unbearable to deal with. Would I recommend their furniture ? as of now and what I'm dealing with with a very expensive living room set? That's only a year old, I would firmly say NO.

We had an an experience with Value City Furniture, from start to finish. The sales staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us find exactly what we needed without any pressure. The checkout process was smooth, and we received timely updates on our order. Delivery was prompt, and the team was professional and very careful with our furniture.
