“ONE of the BEST experiences I've had buying a car! My husband and I love many different vehicles and have bought cars from all different levels from Volkswagen dealers in Erie, PA & Pittsburgh, PA to smaller dealers like this one. I can say this place was incredible!! The care we purchased was "the unicorn car". Seems silly but I've been chasing this car for 20 some years. So when it showed up less than two hours from home - we had to at least go look at it. Now this isn't the first time I've looked at an eclipse hours from home, (even though it was the wrong color) so I was prepared to have my heart broken (again) but this time it was the color I'd been searching for AND the care truly was in the condition advertised. Everything spoken about the car was honest, explained in full detail, nothing hidden!! I was super impressed! He even made sure we had the parade cover that came with the car and an extra set of keys he found just before we were leaving. I'm amazed with this place! I'll definitely check here when buying my next car (which will be for my daughter) because I know she'll be going into a good car from an honest dealer.

“I had been looking for a vehicle for a few months at a few different places, when I came in contact with Paul from TKP. As a woman who knows nothing about cars it can be intimidating and overwhelming. Paul took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for and needing. He didn’t make me feel stupid when I’m sure I had a ton of stupid questions and was genuinely understanding of my situation. When other dealerships didn’t want to bother with me he did and made it happen. “I set my mind on Buying a mustang and found myself looking at a 2010 mustang at Zarzour Motors.. I'd never heard of them but they were close to my home, so I went to investigate thinking it would just be a knock around car. As i was pulling in, The owner also pulled on . He was driving the mustang and so after he pulled in & we got to talking i told him i love mustangs but couldn't quite get it using my credit, my father was there too so he gave my dad a cash price we couldn't walk away from, and we didn't.
It was by far the best used car I've ever bought.
He completely cleaned it up, restored, & repaired it & he even upgraded the exhaust . Although it was his personal car, he still helped ME to have it.

“This place is AWESOME!!!! I was very worried about buying a used car. MJ, the owner, made us feel totally relaxed. No pressure. Very Professional. Upfront and honest. I have never had a better car buying experience in 50 years of car buying!!! The day after we brought the car home, it didn’t start. I was panicked. MJ had the car towed from Chagrin Falls to Wickliffe immediately. It was a starter problem, a freak problem that just happened. No way of seeing this ahead of time. MJ replaced the starter and had it ready for pickup that day!! And with NO CHARGE!!! I almost had a stroke!!! FREE REPAIR!!! That is what kind of operation Avenue Motorcars runs. I plan on buying my daughter a car next month! I have already told my Family and friends, and they plan on checking out Avenue Motorcars when in the market for a car. By the way, when i wanted to have my personal mechanic check over the used car, because i was so afraid of buying a lemon, MJ not only agreed to have it checked out, he drove it to my mechanic himself! You don’t find this kind of service at the large scale Big name Dealerships ! This is like the olden days , where people could trust a car dealership!!!”
