It clearly says on the website, google business page and front door of the store that the store closes at 9 PM on Wednesdays. I arrive at 8:30PM and the doors were locked. When I tried opening them, the two girls inside just stared at me and wouldn’t come open the door. Losing customers because of laziness.

Workers here follow you around the store and stare you down while you browse for beauty products. The experience made me so uncomfortable I couldn’t even get what I came for. I never had this experience at Sephora or the Ulta in Mayfield Heights. Definitely won’t be returning to this Ulta location.

I got my hair cut by Kayla and it was a delightful experience. Firstly, she was warm and welcoming. Unbeknownst to her, I had had a bad morning and her positive energy was just what I needed. Second, she was excited to help me and loved my cut idea, a shaggy mullet. Third, she did an awesome job, I love my new haircut. She was patient and thoughtful in her work and I will be back. Pic is after waking up, it's a messy style and it brings out the curls in my barely curly hair. I rarely leave reviews let alone pictures of myself so that speaks volumes of my opinion.

Came in on 12/7 at around 6 pm whoever the girls working the registers didn’t even say hi or hello or even recognized us as we checked out just gossiped the whole time about a boyfriend and Yeezys. Those girls suck and need to learn to not have their mouth open 24/7

First time in the store and I couldn’t find nobody for help me with my needs . Every-time I went to try to find someone for a question ,staff keep walking away from me to the back of the store really fast. Worst customer experience ever . I really felt dismissed every single time . I will not be returning to this Ulta Beauty store ever again rather drive to another one . I don’t recommend coming here unless you want to be dismissed.

This is the worst experience I've ever had a hair I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted and I ended up with a mess dark dried-out hair all different colors and horrible customer service on how to fix it. I don't mind paying for the services I got but I will not have anyone else there touch my hair. And now it's going to cost me almost $300 to have it fixed not to mention the fact that my hands are breaking off

I just had an overall great experience here! I booked a haircut and conditioning treatment with Archie, which was amazing. He cut my hair exactly how I asked and was super friendly and professional. This was the first time in 10 years I’ve visited an actual salon and I will definitely be back! Nick, one of the managers, helped ring my items out, plus saved me 20% by opening up an Ulta Beauty card. This was my first time at an Ulta Beauty store, and he was just as excited as I was to be there and help me with all my questions!

I don’t go often to the store, I usually order online, but I took a trip to change some coupons and look for a list of wish items I have been wanting, there were three workers standing and I came to them to ask if they had some products available at the store because I don’t know where they are located and I showed them the pics on my phone, one of them helped me but it seem that they were making fun of me for asking questions of the products like if I don’t know about makeup and stuff, when I walked out I heard them laughing! Very unprofessional of them, when Im a beauty blogger and I have received thousands of dollars of makeup and beauty products to review from well known brands so I know about the industry. They made me feel like if I was clueless or didn’t know anything!!
