Highly recommend shopping online rather than at this store. You’ll find better assistance on TikTok than this location. Employees ignore you and take offense if you need to return something, especially the red headed manager.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. Been there 4 times, this last time only because we had a gift card. Every time I have been there I have gotten no help and when checking out it's as if I'm bothering them. Never again.

No one ever greets me and I would've loved help. Second time I've been in there and completely ignore while employees are upfront chatting. Lots of stuff looks gross and out of tissues etc to wipe makeup off. I'll not be stopping in again.

Great customer service with Sarah. Great energy and very friendly. Helped me pick foundation, cleanser, toner and moisturizer and gave me and bunch of samples. She was lovely!

Absolutely embarrassing for me and my 12 year old daughter, I have found hair clips, make up sets, and! Detangling brushes on amazon! That looks not only way better for her personality but also for my wallet! And not to mention the so called “deals” are absolutely worthless. I got not even 4 items and it cost me more than a hundred dollars! I as a father and a customer was absolutely furious and appalled. Please do something about it asap considering there will always be future customers.

My first time ever in an Ulta store. Luckily I am a former aesthetician so I can read packaging to figure out what I need. I suppose I didn't look like I was going to spend a lot of money which is possibly why not one employee even said "hello". I was 10ft from an employee (Darker skin black woman with natural hair)that was sitting on a stool near the makeup area. I was clearly overwhelmed by the amount of products as I was asking my 8 year old daughter for assistance. She looked me dead in my eyes and continued to sit in silence and watch us. Several employees walked right past me as I went from section to section comparing products. Not one person offered to help me. I recently had a bad reaction to a detox tea and my face broke out like a teenage girl. I needed products for the acne and the marks that were left. I was truly overwhelmed and desperate to find something to help. I have never felt so invisible in a store. They were not even busy. The only interaction I received was when I went to the register and gladly accepted my money. Now that I now what products I need I will simply order online from another retailer. I suppose Ulta is not meant for everyday people. I am not dramatic at all. I have worked, trained, managed in the customer service, salon, now health-care industry. I have never been ignored and treated so poorly.

Archie is the best hairdresser. Period. I've gone to many other people in lake country. From great clips to Aveda establishments, been disappointed in the cut & have had to go to him to fix it. Well, needless to say I'm done giving other people my money when Archie is the only one who gets it right. He's a magician of a hairdresser!

I was very disappointed. The selection of goods to purchase is only flooded with name brands that obviously pay large amounts of money to get their products on the shelves. There are many more products that are much better that are no where to be seen. The staff are kids and LGBT filled. Not enough knowledge combined to work in any capacity worthy of a seasoned buyer.

It clearly says on the website, google business page and front door of the store that the store closes at 9 PM on Wednesdays. I arrive at 8:30PM and the doors were locked. When I tried opening them, the two girls inside just stared at me and wouldn’t come open the door. Losing customers because of laziness.
