I told my husband about this place awhile ago and after getting frustrated with having to order his Wild Bill jerky through Amazon and paying such a skyrocketing price; he finally decided to take a trip.First, you are greeted with the ambiance of a western theme inside and I adored the cowboy boot outside by the door. Once in, we were welcomed by Erin and she was kind, gracious and most informative about their products. She told us how the jerky’s were set up in order to pick flavors, heat and spicy etc., she offered samples of flavors and held the most wonderful conversation.My husband loved his Wild Bills but a bad experience with the quality of one ordered turned him away, so going local was he best option. He said he is glad that happened because he has switched his brand.The benefit of buying local was the product is fresher, you get the opportunity to taste some of the other flavors you may be interested in purchasing AND the pricing was much more reasonable. He was paying $43 for 15 ounces of Wild Bill jerky, for 16 ounces at Tommy’s is much less.We will be back!It only makes sense to come here for your jerky for the great selection of flavors, the freshness, the pricing and the great customer service.Erin, we will be seeing you soon!

I am rating this relative to most other jerky stores you find nowadays which seem to be just part of various chains with uniformity across the product line and an overall lackluster presentation of this beloved food form.Tommy's Jerky outlet is a small local business my wife and visit every time we are in Painesville, Ohio (though you can order online for delivery if that is not a place on your destination list). Their bread and butter is the plentiful flavors in which the standard beef jerky is presented (last time we were able to chat with an owner they were getting the beef from a local cow farm), with their corresponding smokies. While there are some options in other meats (some exotic depending on your perspective) the focus here is on great jerky, not novelty. They have flavors for everyone, but if you like spice, you will enjoy the wide variety of options they have for you. Sneaky Pete is a personal favorite.

Stopped in about a week ago from out of town and had some time to kill. I'm very glad I did the woman behind the counter (owner) was over the top nice and knew her products very well I ended up buying all kinds of goodies and would recommend this place to everybody.

I was going to buy 15Pounds of beef jerky to send to Las Vegas unfortunately they don’t want to answer their phones during business hours so I don’t know what time they close and I don’t want to drive an hour and a half to find out that they’re closed wish they would answer the phone but I guess they lost business maybe next time Did call four times
