“Greatest experience I have ever had with any establishment I have ever been to. I called with almost no hope of getting any kind of help day of. I called at 5:00pm. They picked up my wife’s car on a flat bed, brought it back to their shop and had all four brand new tires on it per my request, and we were out of there and rolling down the road at 6:30pm. “** I am updating my review to five stars because they went above and beyond taking care of my issue a year later and reaching out to me on Google reviews to let me know that I could bring it back in. The issues finally fixed and I am super satisfied.** Spent $2500 replacing my brakes and everything associated with them only to have my brakes make a horrendous squealing noise when applied. I took the car back three separate times and even took a video of the squeaking and every time they told me they didn't hear it even though there was a video and it never got fixed and they told me there was nothing they could do. A year later and my break still squeak and the dealership I took the car to told me they used cheap brake pads and they would need to replace them in order to stop the squeaking. I now hate driving a car I once loved.”
