What was delivered to my home was not of the same quality as what was in the showroom. I spent $2000 on a soft mattress set with pillowtop. What was delivered to my home is an extra firm mattress with a very poor quality thin foam on top. There is nothing soft about this bed. It is rock hard. The bed also squeaks with every movement. Clearly, the bed has defective springs. The mattress is also uneven. Spoke with the store right after delivery. Was given excuses such as you have to break it in, and the only reason it was soft in the store was because many people have laid on it. Plus, the delivery men left a huge pile of plastic and paper in the middle of the room. I guess it was our responsibility to clean up. I have purchased several mattress sets for my homes over the yrs. This product was the most expensive to date and the only one delivered of such poor quality. I will stick with purchasing mattress sets only from furniture stores.

Excellent sales that knew her product. We found the right mattress to meet our needs. Delivery and set up personnel were efficient and professional. A great buying experience that I would recommend.

I wasnt impressed at all. The sales rep was dull and so was the store. The rep didnt really have much to say. This is where you will find the cheapest well made traditionally sprung mattresses.

Very poor quality merchandise after 2 years I had to get rid of the mattress nobody would talk to us because the mattress was stained. Worst 1500 dollars we ever spent. At least listen to what the customer had to say . I will never be back

The saleswoman was kind, respectful, knowledgeable and I was very glad she gave me space to test out the mattresses without hovering. She answered all of my questions without the typical sales pitches. She looked up both mattresses i had considered purchasing to see if the warehouse/factory where they're built in Cleveland, and both were in stock. I ended up driving there and purchase a king size set size. I didn't have have too as they would have shipped it to the Mentor location within 4 days, I just didn't want to wait. So far I'm very pleased with my purchase. My impression of The Original Mattress Factory is that this is a company I'd highly recommend to family and friends and will be a customer for life. Thank you

Original Mattress Factory makes the best mattresses. I still have mine from 1997 and it is still so firm and comfortable with no springs coming at all. Compared to a mattress from another store I bought in 2006 when I tried to upgrade to a queen which lasted two years before springs and wire started poking through. I immediately went back to my full from Original Mattress Factory. It is superior quality material and when I was just there recently with a family member, the sales guy was extremely helpful and patient.

Best mattresses that last way longer at better prices than the bad ones from other stores. And box springs that actually DO something besides raise your bed up. Genius? Not really. Just the last company left doing things the right way. Great salespeople too- brandon in mentor is the least pushy, knowledgeable, helpful mattress salesperson I've ever met. Very kind. If you don't shop here, you're nuts. Something for everyone, price wise and comfort wise.
