I walked in, looked at a few cases, and then Ken approached me. He was very friendly and able to help me with everything I needed. I would recommend seeing Ken if you are in need of jewelry.

Warning long rant... I have been in on several occasions due to a piece of jewelry that I had issues with, between diamonds falling out days after I received it to a link just coming apart (I was told that was just because of how the piece was made) luckily I felt it fall off, had it fixed for the 5th time and 2 weeks later the clasp became loose and fell off yet again... when I took it back AGAIN I was told at this time we should look into trading it in... (ya don't say) well it was a certified piece and after a year the value was to be increased on the trade in value, because we were short of a year by a month sales person A said that could not be honored because it wasn't quite a year... fair enough we will wait... at this point we were done dealing with sales person A and moved on to Sales person B who did make things right I believe... I went in today again explained what I was looking for showed sales person C what I already wore everyday... because I'm tired and don't want to bore you with this long rant I will leave you with Sales person C had terrible customer service as well. We will be looking for another jewelry store with hopefully better customer service.

Out of this world customer service, the friendliest staff I've encountered. Their willingness to go above and beyond for my fiance and I was so unexpected and admirable there isn't any other place I would go to.

In addition to being completely rude every single time I go in there, they refused to correctly size my engagement ring. Instead they put balls on the inside of my ring until for the past year and a half. Being that I'm super allergic to fake jewelry, my finger turned black. When I went in for my most recent inspection, the manager Lisa, belittled me and told me it was my DIET that turned my finger black and not the fact that the balls attached to my ring were in fact doing i

Overall I like this place. The employees seem to want to work with you and are decently knowledgeable. Their prices are also better, in my opinion, than the big box stores.

Howard's Jewelry is nothing but used junk. I got my engagement ring threw them 3 years ago. I had issues with stones falling out of the ring. Shortly after I got married the stone had fallen out for the 3rd time. So I took it in and they had me upgrade the band to something else which of course they charged me for. The second engagement band that I bought in October of 2017 has now been in 3 times for loose stones and one has fallen out. They wanted to charge me for the missing stone which I had. My option is to keep my ring and take it in every couple of months for missing stones or trade it in again and pay even more money to them. I would never recommend this jewelry center to anyone looking for anything nice. Such a waist of money. So disappointed that they have had my ring longer then I have.
