Take 5 on Manor Avenue is literally the best car service I've had in years. I prefer to take my car there instead of the dealership. All employers are 100% professional and take excellent care of my vehicle every time I come in. Thank you.

The service was excellent! I would recommend this place and I will come back again when I'm due for another oil change. The 2 gentleman working were fast, friendly and knowledgeable, they offered to check my tire pressure, topped off the other car fluids, and made sure my air filter was in good condition. A great experience all-round. Thank you!

What is the purpose of making appt on app if you have to wait when you get there. One bay should be for appt’s.

I was quoted a price by a corporate customer representative. When I arrived at mentor Ave location I reinquired about price & was told that the lady at corporate has no idea about prices & that a conventional oil change would be 89 dollars, mind you I've been there n the past plenty times & knee that something shady was going on. They are price GOUGING at this location. It's the 24 year old caucation young lady that is running the show

Always a good experience. Technician was friendly and gave me an extra bottle of water for the road. Service was quick and timely, will obviously be coming back when I need my next service!! Keep it up :)

Not as professional as Willoughby location no one has ever ask do you want me to check your tire pressure they generally just do everything and they didn't advertise filters or nothing for that matter I rotate between this place and Valvoline

I have gone many places for oil changes including dealerships, hands down the Take5 on mentor ave in Mentor, Ohio is REMARKABLE and I will not go elsewhere. Friendly staff, not pushy, very efficient. Love this location

The service technicians were highly professional, highly efficient and highly courteous. They offered me a complimentary bottle of water while I waited for an oil change and also checked my other fluids and filters, which they topped off and change. Their service was well above what I expected and I am extremely pleased. Will definitely visit them again.
