I am so grateful for the opener, Tara. Not only was she already managing ((demanding)) customers at 5am, but when every other gas station from Highland Heights to Mentor was down, she had the pumps reset and pumping gas. She had such a positive attitude while under pressure and catering to so much at once. I appreciate her work ethic because it would have been too easy to just say “the pumps don’t work like everyone else’s” rather she was troubleshooting and just taking payments at the counter to guarantee best customer service practices. She had a smile on her face and was even humorous, lightening such a heavy mood after a horrible storm that wreaked this area. She deserves a raise. Cant train a positive attitude.

You cannot pay at the pump. None of the credit card readers work at the pumps. As if that wasn't annoying enough, when you pay inside for gas and decide to purchase anything else, you have to pay separately for each.It's annoying on several counts. If you misjudged how much gas you need, you have to go back in for your change. It is hard to get a full tank when your estimating what you need and don't want to have to go back in. And when I've worked a 12 hr shift, I don't want extra hassles. This place provides unnecessary hassles.Nowadays, most gas stations have a pay at the pump feature that works. There is no competing gas station in the near vicinity and this place is an inconvenient stop.

No public restrooms but the closest gas station to the interstate. My 4 year old didnt make it to the next stop without accident.

Chip reader at pump is broken.1 pump was covered with a bag.I attempted to use the other pump. Attempted to use my primary credit card at the pump. Chip read failure twice. Tried my backup credit card. Same chip read error. Pump kept telling me to go inside. Forget it!!We drove to the next gas station, which accepts cards at the pump like modern gas stations. I recommend you drive right on past too.

Stopped to grab gas, use the restroom and purchase some beverages. No public restrooms and location reminded me of an 80s gas station. Take your business elsewhere if you are trying to getMore than just gas.

Standard gas station experience. Plug in your card, pump MEGA overpriced gas, cry a little; used tears to cry on windows and squeegee them off. Best part of the whole trip was that I walked away with clean windows.
