Mgr has turned of self payment console to force customers to speak with agents , who try to up sell .the console is operating

Finally had to go to Spectrum to get myself disconnected. Over the phone, they hold you hostage so as not to disconnect.

Was surprisingly easy and efficient. Just be prepared to have Spectrum mobile pushed on you like they always do.
