Fantastic experience. The knowledge that Nick and Jesse possess about baseball and softball is next level. They always go above and beyond what is expected. The selection of equipment is also something that is truly impressive. There isn't anything they can't get for you.

Took my son in for a new bat. Nick, the manager was very Informative and in tune with our situation. I will return. I highly recommend.

If I had the option to give a half star i would. Walked in and looked around for at least 10 or 15 minutes. The 1 worker there never acknowledged me once nor checked to see if I needed any help. Not to mention the VERY slim selection of wooden bats for in-game use. This store has gone downhill for sure. I remember it being so much better 10-13 years ago, if not longer. Would not recommend.

UPDATE!! So I have to take back what I said about your hours and I have deleted those remarks! My apologies to SPC Sports. The sign on window does not have hours for Sunday and the voicemail when you call has no hours for Sunday! They were in fact open and we were even inside the store before noon!!! What a place! It was awesome to go somewhere looking for a new bat and actually be able to try out the bat prior to purchasing! This is awesome when you are looking at dropping 500.00 on a piece of equipment. Service was great and the ability to trade in an old bat and get some store credit for the new one helped out tremendously! Thank you SPC Sports and apologize for the initial review!

Was so disappointed to drive an hour to the store prepared to spend around $800 only to be met by the most uninterested person behind the desk who clearly had no knowledge of the products. I’ve had such good experiences there before, that’s why I went back and why I’ve always referred the store to others. Sadly never again, not going to drive all that way for poor service again.

Ordered a specific size and color wrist band from this company because it was the only place that claimed to have them in stock. Without any kind of communication they either substituted or negligently sent the wrong size and color. Reached out via their sales email and they wouldn’t even respond. It would cost more to ship it back to them than it’s worth. A simple message saying it was out of stock and offering a refund would have been the decent thing to do.

Ordered a backpack a month ago. They never sent it. Haven't received the shipping email either. Only received the order confirmation. Wrote them an email on the website. No response. Called, no answer. This appears to be a scam website. I'm calling my credit card company to have my money back.

0 Stars. Ordered a bat and received confirmation on 10/18. Bat was shipped to wrong address in different state. Immediately contacted via email and phone. Erica Jusko finally reached back out in November and stated it was her error and bat would be shipped from wrong recipient. I received nothing more so reach back out on Nov. 7 and was sent USPS tracking number that still has no movement. I have not been refunded the $499 and still do not have product. Worst experience and resolution ever. SPC Sports has completely stopped responding. Filed bank dispute.

Better hope you don't need to return anything. I tried to return an item (reordered a smaller size) and was ignored for 2 months. After numerous calls and emails, I finally received a refund that had an additional fee tacked for the original free shipping on the item that I returned (on top of the return shipping and the restocking fee). This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the store policies. When I asked customer service about the additional fee, they were extremely rude and attacked me for complaining about a charge that was not disclosed to their customers beforehand. I tried to go out of my way to support an independent business, but I won't be buying from SPCsports again after this experience.

Helpful staff. We bought a bat for my daughter and we were able to test out every model and find the one that felt the best for her before buying. Will definitely go back

This is the most unprofessional staff I’ve dealt with. They shipped us the wrong size bat and we asked for the refund and they tried to deny because wrapper was off. We emailed our contact there the same day we received it and Luke’s response was “You tried to return a bat without a wrapper, what the heck?”. He sent several unprofessional responses and then charged me a restocking fee after they sent me the wrong size. Please stay clear of ordering bats from them online.
