Absolutely cannot recommed this company due to their unethical business pratices. Find another vendor who will not cheat you. I Ordered hardware online. 3 days later they mailed to say that is was backordered and would not be available for 3-4 weeks to ship. I immediately notified them that i could not wait and immediately cancelled. Then they had the nerve to charge a restocking fee for the order they said they could not ship on time. I contacted Jordan Kramer there and asked that this be corrected, and was and was rather bluntly told the fee stood.

I would like to share my experience with Sawmill Building Systems, DBA LOCKSETSONLY.com. After conferring with Kwikset's customer service, I was told the item number of what I needed for my lock project. I Googled the item number and came up with a couple companies who offered this item. I chose LockSetsOnly.com, and placed my order with them. I immediately received a thank you message and it said that I would receive an email confirmation shortly at the email address I had given them. After some time, later that afternoon, I called the number given to use if I had a question about my order. The call went to voicemail, I left my order number, name and phone number. I never received a return call, so I tried sending an email using the link "Email Support". I never received a response. Over the next few days I tried calling, every time the call went to voice mail, which I left a message every time. Also over these few days, I sent numerous emails, again using the "Email Support" link provided. I never received any communications back from this company. After a number of days I sent one final email, saying that if I didn't hear back from them, I would dispute this charge with my credit card company. The next morning I checked and saw that Sawmill Building Services gave a credit to my credit card. I received nothing from Sawmill Building Services, saying they cancelled my order, only a bank initiated email that indicated a credit to my credit card. I assume they were reading the emails from me, but not responding. In my opinion, Sawmill Building Services offers very poor customer service at best. A little communication from Sawmill Building Services would be beneficial to their business. Maybe they would have gotten a positive review.

I don't get some of the negative reviews here... but at least for me these guys get my highest marks. Excellent communication, fair prices, and best of all they helped me get Simpson products that I was unable to obtain locally. I will definitely be shopping again. THANK YOU!!!

Ordered hinges that were suppose to be a specific Brand name that was posted on their website. They sent me something else. Tried to get my money back for a return and they wanted me to pay a 20% restocking fee and delivery charge that is clearing their mistake. Found out this is a drop ship website not a distribtor. They make money just for taking an order and what they post they have no clue what is shipped!. He couldnt even tell me what the packaging looked like. Then became rude and started laughing at me. Buyer beware what they say they sell they dont send you exactly that! Waste of money and time.

Ordered a custom mortise set from locksetsonly.com - it was incorrectly handed. Waited 3 weeks for this. They will not call me - but instead send me one sentence emails. Ridiculous and unacceptable. I plan to contact the better business bureau. Do not order from them.
