Diana was our sales rep and she was really helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to help us choose the correct mattress. She did not try to push us to buy a more expensive mattress but was only concerned that we were going to be happy and comfortable with our purchase. We found one that met our needs within an hour and she set us up for delivery with no problems. We went to Mattress Firm before stopping at Sleep Outfitters and was basically ignored. That's when we chose to go to Sleep Outfittters. We definitely made the right choice.

Found the store by accident. However Wes was super wonderful and explained the difference beds and found me a great mattress and great deal. Very relaxing experience. Highly recommend.

Super simple and easy purchase, was in an out in a half hour. Found a mattress I liked at what seems to be a good price! Nice and quiet in the store, not over whelming.

Took my 92 yr old mom to look for a new mattress. Since the purchase of her last mattress, 20+years ago, they have changed tremendously. Anticipating a stressful shopping adventure, I am more then happy to say, “I was wrong”. The salesman, Ian, was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and very in tune to my moms needs and wants. He was so kind! Thank you Ian for a wonderful shopping experience.

Recommended! The salesperson at the Mentor store was knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and patient. We were asked a few relevant questions about our sleep style, health, and preferences to help us and narrow our search to several very comfortable mattresses. This store is clean and has a nice selection.
