Store was very large and clean The staff was wonderful they explained everything they let us try everything out and worked with us to get a number we could afford monthly ,the bed is wonderful ,first time in 20 years I can get out of bed and not be in pain, highly recommend, worth the money
Stop in and chat with the associates they can help you out getting one they were super nice they still follow up weeks after the sale which is unheard of these days

My experience with sleep number beds is that they take the time and ask what you need in a bed. They explain the different beds and what may be best for us. That was very helpful in our decision.

Stopped in to correct a mistake with an on-line order. Lynn was fantastic! Figured out the issue, made the correction AND the product was in stock at the store = instant gratification. Followed up to confirm cancellation. Couldn't ask for better customer service
