Lynn and Brian were both extremely professional and kind. I have a really bad back, Lynn helped me get an adjustable frame ordered with great ease. Brian at the store let me test the bed and a wedge pillow. He was very helpful. Just laying on the bed for a few minutes made my back feel better. Your people and products are fantastic. I can't wait to get my adjustable bed.

We had a GREAT customer service experience with Lynn! She was so knowledgable and spent a lot of time explaining about the dynamics of all the mattresses. She was very kind and patient while we tried different beds and asked many questions. She respected that we were researching, "doing our homework" to find the right mattress. There was no sales pressure. We were there a few times, and each time Lynn was a pleasure to work with. When we purchased our mattress, she spent time helping us set up the sleep app on our phones. We'd been to many places over the past few months on our mattress quest. Lynn at Sleep Number was the best experience by far!

My wife and I had been looking for a sectional for our family room. After looking at other stores we stopped at the Levin in Mentor. The number of choices and options were so much more than the other stores we had visited previously. Cheryl patiently helped us understand all of the choices, gave us room to look around the store on our own, and then answered all of our questions. We found exactly what we wanted. Cheryl also helped us find the perfect coffee table and end tables. She made our trip to the Mentor Levin a truly positive experience.

We had the BEST experience. Our sales associate, ( Michael) took the time to really explain there beds and why they are made the way they are and why they are different then a traditional bed. It was an eye opening experience. When we got into one of 4 beds we where WOWED! ( we tried them all) It was so comfortable. Of course, we upgraded to a King now. LOL. Why not, we said. You can’t put a price on GREAT SLEEP and our HEATH! Once you go, you’ll never want to leave without the PERFECT BED for you! I say, what do you have to lose? Stop in and try these beds. You won’t be disappointed.

The experience in the store was good. However, my wife and I both hate the bed. It’s an over priced air mattress and we are talking about the #2 most expensive version they sold at the time. And It’s also noisy, any small movement makes the frame they sold us rattle, forget about intimacy if you have kids. Now we are stuck with it. We’ve had it for 16 months and wish we never bought it. Also read the fine print, if you buy a bed frame from them, you can’t return that within the 100 days, it’s only the mattress itself. And one more thing, don’t buy the mattress protector, it feels and sounds like you’re laying on a giant diaper. Buyers remorse is an understatement.

Michael was extremely kind and courteous and explained how sleep number beds work. Never tried to upsell. He had us try different models so we had all the information to make a decision.

Again disappointed due to the incompetence of the people at Sleepnumber. Today they were to bring an entirely new Climate 360 bed and frame to replace the existing one, and again I was disappointed. They called and cancelled the 5th visit to my house and rescheduled for Friday. ...then :30 seconds later I got a txt message confirming for THURSDAY. I got to sit in the phone queue again to square away the actual appointment day (which is NOW on Monday. Wow. What a ride. It's two months since the initial installation and subsequent damage to my wall, despite repeated promises to send a damage claim form, it has not arrived. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sleepnumber. I regret waking into their store in December when this journey began with my order.
