Place used to be slightly ok, now I walk in and the cost of ammo is higher for non members vs members. It’s like the whole idea is to be all members as much as possible. I won’t go there anymore. They are shooting themselves in the foot.

Nice place except for the fact that the mentor location ventilation unit goes out all the time and when it does, BOTH lanes go down and they just stay down

I had a great day and lesson at range USA. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and Rick was very good at teaching gun safety and giving advice where needed.
Would highly recommend especially for non US citizens on holiday.

I went to this location this past Friday but this was not my original destination. However, I’m glad that it was. Keith was super helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. I don’t live in Cleveland but I will recommend this location to others

Some of the staff may be a bit sexist and/or racist against people not originally from here .... Great location and ok prices. I would just rather go elsewhere for range shooting. Customer service goes a long way for literally any human.

This was my first firearm. My trainer was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable and offered a lot of tips and tricks that assisted me with handling my particular firearm. Definitely recommend the one-on-one training it's worth the cost. I feel a lot more confident and safe with handling it.

Boy, has this place gone downhill. Customer service is very hit or miss depending on who you talk to. All this company wants to do is sell you a membership. They no longer have a normal schedule for things like date night sales. Can't purchase 30 min of range time, now it's an hr minimum. Used to be able to try out a gun with 5 rounds at the range, now you have to pay $20 for one gun rental ($25 for "premium rentals) - all of these things are to entice you into a monthly membership where you get different perks. Gun prices are also very overpriced. Their glocks are priced over msrp. Even now during their "glocktober" sale, pricing is high.
They have a great location, and the range itself is decent, but it's not worth supporting a company like this. It's honestly a shame and I hope they make some changes, but I highly doubt that will happen. They've followed the business trend of monthly subscriptions and corporate greed.

The husband and I have been coming here for almost a decade. He's a vet and I'm in a law enforcement position. Haven't been a while so we decided to stop, wanted to add to our collection. Found exactly what I wanted. My husband got someone to help him quickly. Me? I stood there. Waiting. 1 employee helping someone from the range and the others talking among themselves. The 1 kept looking at me but they didn't seem to want to be bothered by helping me. He did finally come over to help my husband after I gave up. I didn't know guns and ammo had a sexual preference but apparently the staff does. I've bought more guns from this establishment than my husband has and came quite frequently to the range in the past because the previous staff was always great. I'm glad we canceled our memberships.

Store used to be good and most staff is but recent customer service events further prove buy online/elsewhere. There is zero support of product they sell. Damned shame as I previously enjoyed shopping here. Update: Confirmed lack of customer service and a manager nothing but useless platitudes (Justin). Why support a store that doesn't support you? Great range, lousy store/sales management.
