I love the convenience of this location and the food is usually really good but she really should rethink your pretzel breakfast sandwiches when they premade the top of them get really really hard. But overall exceptional service and most time food is good for the convenience of it.

I’m in the food industry and while I appreciate the consistency and respect, all employees there should wear their gloves up when touching food. I’ve seen tonight an associate wearing no gloves handling bare hands apples on the floor. Regardless of rinsing them off… I would not want that as something to consume. Please do better

worst experience ive had at a gas station the staff had alienated me upon arrival and the supposed 2 for 6 deal is a scam where they up charge you for one chicken wrap with one piece of cheese and one piece of bacon that is as a long as a finger and paper thin which a 2 pk with add ons that cost nothing is 5.79 one chicken wrap costs 2.895 which if we round up it is 2.90 so we are up charged .10 for nothing if that is what one chicken wrap with no cost add ons which you cannot add on anything for the 2 for 6 late night bites deal also if you order the fries which is also $3.00 the regular bag of fries is only 2.49 so you are getting up charged .51 for a bag of fries and no extras how can you say thats a deal when you are stealing from customers by running that specific promotion which is unacceptable from a consumer perspective its stealing from the customer while saying they are getting a better deal when they're not. This is a PSA to stop corporate companies from stealing from their customers

worst experience I've had at a gas station the staff had completely alienated me and as for pricing the 2 for 6 late night bites is a scam I got a chicken wrap which you can't add on anything so it's $3 when a two pak with no cost add ons is 5.79 which one would cost 2.895 round that up to 2.90 and your upcharged .10 for nothing and then I also got the fries which is the bag of fries which is normally 2.49 but you get up charged .51 for nothing more that's stealing from the customer that's corporate greed at the finest stop supporting companies that just steal from their customers to one person .10 and .51 is not much but add that up to thousands customers every week and your making off like a bandit

Why would you have condiments and napkins at the spot where you don't pick up food? I'm sure the grouchy old lady loves telling everyone they are standing in the wrong spot: the spot where every other sheets puts up their MTO food.

It's Veterans Day, so my husband and I stopped in for our free turkey sandwich and were blown away by the service and all that we received for being veterans. The service was much better than some sit down restaurants. Thank you for honoring veterans.

I'm not a big fan of the automated ordering machine style; after a long day of travel I just want to tell someone my order, not figure out new technology. I had not been to a Sheetz before and did not know to expect this. It took longer than I hoped to get my food, but I did really enjoy the sandwich.

Great gas and convenience store with made to order food and drink options. This Sheetz store is very well maintained. They have a car wash and also electric vehicle charging stations.

Stopped in the Mentor Sheetz. My wife wanted to try the 88 octane ⛽ fuel because it was cheaper. She prepaid her pump but when she hit the 88 button nothing happened, so she tried it again and nothing happened again...so she wacked the much more expensive 87 button and the button turned on and pumped. I'm sure the Ohio Attorney General would love to hear about this bait and switch tactic that's being pulled!
