The business went over and above with their customer service. When my son's lettermens jacket came in it only took the 4 days to get it all done with all his patches & letters. Highly recommend!!

Took my granddaughter to pick her varsity jacket on a Thursday. She had to wait for her letter. She got her letter on Monday. I took it to them on the Tuesday the jacket was done on Wednesday. I wasn't expecting it for at least 10 days. It looks great.

Ordered spirit wear for Eastlake cheerleading on August 16, it was supposed to be delivered the first week of September. (This is our first year so we don't even have anything from previous years to wear). It's now September 20th, we only have 2 more games in the season and our order is STILL sitting in "awaiting fulfillment". I've tried calling, no one answers the phone and I've emailed at least twice no with NO RESPONSE. The coaches haven't gotten any info or even an explanation for the delay in getting our products but Seasonal sporting goods sure took my money fast! If I had gotten any type of response with an apology or reason for delay in fulfillment, this would not have been a very different review. Good customer service goes a LONG way in making up for lack of product and we're just not seeing that! Such a shame considering we're trying to suport a local business!!

I've been going to Seasonal for over 15 years for team spirit wear and personal designs (tshirts, pants, jackets, elite sportswear; printing or embroidery!)I have yet to find anyone anywhere else who is as good, honest, fairly priced, and quick! These guys know what they're doing and will do everything they can to give you the best product for your needs. Can't say enough great things about this business.
