If you want your hair done right, go see Mike. There are plenty of fast food style hair salons that will get you in and out without regard to results, but if you want quality and are tired of subpar styles, Mike is your guy. He's friendly, intelligent, and attentive to detail. Haircutting is an art, and he's got that talent that's hard to find.

I've been going to Salon Michaels for over 20 yrs since living in Mentor, and will go no place else. Mike takes all the time needed to go above and beyond in cutting my hair & styling it as always! Today I said just do your thing as I was looking for a change, I trust him that much to just cut it and know it'll look great! He said ok here comes the new Monica! Lol Thanx Mike, luv my haircut and style!
Requested style: Something different w/ more layers as my hair has changed to curls over the yrs & he hit it spot on! Great cut/style!
Hair type: My hair has changed over the past few yrs from straight to curly & dry & it's shoulder length w/ lots of layers.

I have been going to Michael for over a year now and each time I go I leave feeling more and more confident. Michael does such an excellent job with his styling, coloring. I would highly recommend anybody that is interested in hair coloring or just a simple cut to go to Michael. He does an excellent job And will do an excellent job with hair coloring and cutting and you will leave their feeling like $1 million

I’ve been going to Mike for 10+ years. I have never had one issue with him and he has always been great and I’ve been overly satisfied with the outcome every time. Very clean environment. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone who wants to get great service for their hair.

Absolutely recommend Michael! Aka magic, Mike, lol! He wasn't taking new clients and saw me anyway for a haircut correction, and it was like watching magic happen! I came in feeling like I looked homeless. When I walked out, I felt like I had hit the lottery, the hair lottery that is! He is a great guy and cares about how you feel and look. So as most of us women know stress and other factors play a heavy role upon our hair so when I first seen Michael, my hair was pretty bad. I came to him in appoint of my life where I felt so self conscious because of how my hair looked. I left happy or so I thought. I was forced to get a pixie cut, which is like the shortest haircut a woman could ever get.
I was constantly trying to straighten it water it down nothing was working so I made another appointment to see him after a few months of it growing and it not getting any better. I paid $175 for a haircut and highlights but I didn’t want a full head of highlights just a little blonde and some brown so that my hair wasn’t completely fried with bleach browns better then blonde different contrasts setting it apart. He is the professional he should’ve warned me or he should’ve suggested otherwise.
Instead of suggesting healthier options for my hair, he bleach the entire thing refused to add ashy brown with ashy blonde. He didn’t even do ashy blonde. It’s just bleached It’s fried and I have to now pay someone else to help even out my hair and help it lay on my head correctly, and after spending $175 now mind you remember I had a pixie cut which is the shortest hair cut my hair still hasn’t even reached my chin and he charge me $175 which normally it’s by length amount of product so on and so forth and seeing he said he had nothing to cut he should have only charged me for a hair color.
And if that’s not the worst of it while he was cutting my hair, he was way way too uncomfortably extremely close pressed up against my leg while he was dying my hair. After he colored it I went out to my car for a break and cried for a second because of how violated I felt. The entire time he was just bragging about how much money he had an liking younger women, and it was just a very uncomfortable experience, and I feel like I was ripped off maybe if I would’ve agreed to a date, he would have given me a better
I feels awful and with inflation I really didn’t have the money to spend but I did to try and help me feel more confident and comfortable within myself. Pls don’t judge adding photos so this won’t happen to anyone else.
