Joao Creations loft #4 is the bomb in the area. His experience of 20+ years in the industry, but specialized in European hair techniques is unique to this area. He transformed me from brunette to platinum blonde in a day, which most hairstylists say “it’s a process that will take months”, not with Joao. But most importantly, my hair was not fried. It was still strong and beautiful color. I had so many compliments. He is friendly, calm and patient, very loving personality!!

Booked an appointment online and got email and text confirmation. Showed up for my appointment waited 10 mins and then messaged my stylist to see where she was. She said she didn’t have me on her schedule and was not available. Not sure if there is something wrong with the booking system online but this is very annoying and I wasted a whole hour of my day. Make sure to confirm directly with your stylist if you book online.

Too noisy, and kids are running everywhere. I loved, actually loved my stylist, she ROCKED!! People need to treat other people with kindness. There are better salon lofts out there, but chose this one because of my stylist......ERIN!! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST. Too bad you lost her!!!!

My service providers are Emberlynn Colbeck, Erin Shantery, and Corey P. I absolutely love going to my hairstylist/barber and nail tech! They always listen to what I want and go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the results. I consistently get exactly what I ask for, and their attention to detail is outstanding. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch hair and nail services. They're simply the best!

ERIN SHANTERY From Mentor location provided balayage and haircut. I was dissatisfied with balayage work since it was different from my request and inspiration picture. She offered to redo some parts of the hair to make it look as I requested at the begging of my appointment. She scheduled appointment and on the day of my appointment her office was closed and she blocked my phone number.

Somebody here doesn't keep their website properly updated.Made my second online appointment at Salon Loft Mentor for this Friday. Got a text just hours before that this hairstylist no longer works at salon loft. I inquired if they had other availability on that day and got rudely ignored. They could have just said no. Also they should have known they were still on salon loft directory of stylists. Canceled on the day of is rude and an inconvenience. Tempted to leave their name here.Found a new stylist at Ulta that I really like so I won't be going back to Salon Loft. My first haircut at Salon Loft went well so this is a sad ending for them. Oh well.

I went here the other day and got a major haircut for the first time in years— I had a certain vision in mind as I went from hair nearly to my tailbone to above my collarbones w/ bangs and Gabriella gave me exactly what I wanted! She was so pleasant, patient, answered all my questions, and was overall just such a wonderful person that’s great at her job!I love how you have your own little room with just you and your stylist & all the privacy you could want! I definitely recommend this place for any spa/hair related things you may need :)Services: Haircut
