Will never take my car anywhere else. The guy at the counter is Man of few words but he don't need to say much. The work they do speaks for itself. They fixed my Dodge journey for me in timely manner and didn't try to charge crazy prices.

I took a chance on a new auto repair shop after seeing the multiple glowing reviews for S&S and I am SO happy that I did — I'll never take my car anywhere else! Rich and his team were not only lovely to work with, but they were able to get me back on the road in no time. Very respectable pricing, and the customer service simply cannot be beat. I'll be recommending S&S Auto Care to all of my friends/family in the area — 5 stars!

Would not take my own dog there. I requested a repair on my car that was not repaired, and I requested an oil change. to his credit he changed the oil not with the oil I supplied. I supplied my own antifreeze.too

This is the fourth garage I tried to take my car to have a differential replaced or rebuilt. That doesn't include two garages I called that were supposed to call me back and never did. This garage was fantastic. They found a used differential with relatively low mileage for me and replaced it in a timely fashion. Their pricing was also lower than other places I had spoken with. Happy customer.

Please read and decide for yourself: I had a wheelbearing go bad and my vehicle was broke down at Sheetz. I got the parts I needed (wheel bearing and hub) but I needed the bearing pressed into the hub still. I called S&S and told them my dilemma and asked if they could just press the bearing into the hub so that I could go put it on and get my vehicle out of Sheetz. They told me $95. To press one bearing into a hub that I would install myself. 5 minutes of work. 10 minutes if you take a coffee break. Idk, I understand that the Bearing Press cost money and the Mechanics time and all but that seems high. I found a shop to do it for a fraction of the price. Shop equipment costs money and so does time. I get it. This is just my experience, take it as you will.

Overcharged me, owner is incredibly rude and they aren't open when it says it will be. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I've taken my car here on multiple occasions and never have had any issues. Rick and his employees have always fixed my car in a timely manor, and for a good price! I recommend him to others all the time if they're having car issues.

Yes there are still honest autimotive services out there. S&S will treat you right with excellent service and fair prices. They have told me what can wait and priorotize for my safety. I have never had to take my car back for something they fix. They do it right the first time.

Rich goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. My family and myself have been going to Rich for years. He takes the time to explain the issues and what he is going to do to fix it. Rich is honest and fair with his pricing. He always goes the extra miles for his customers. He has even picked me up and dropped me off at work when my car was in his shop. I will continue to always recommend Rich and his work.

Rich always goes above and beyond for his customers. He takes the time to answer your questions. He is always honest and has the best pricing around. Rich is not trying to rip anyone off and is trying to run an honest family business.
