The claw/crane games are rigged to be too weak to pull up a prize, like most claw machines. When they're charging over $3 per try to get these cheap plushies, you would think that this place might actually make the games fair to at least be kind of fun. Won't be back.

It's always an amazing time here. So much to do, and very friendly staff. Always very quick to help any machine errors as well.

From the first person I spoke with on the phone to the last person that took our picture EVERY SINGLE employee was kind, patient, and friendly. I cannot think of a better service experience that I’ve had. My daughter’s party was on a Friday and despite being busy the staff was very attentive and personable. I interacted with at least a dozen different staff for different reasons and every one of them was nice and responsive. Very impressed and thankful to the Round One staff for creating a positive experience for my daughter’s birthday. Kudos to the whole team!!!

First time trying out Round1 and I have to say it wasn’t bad and I enjoyed the games I did play. I didn’t try any foods/snacks but I will come back again especially since I want to bowl here.

The pinball scene is not a big one here.If you are a ticket ? collector, that will cost you ?. But you will certainly have choices. The overall vibe is that of a dozen different types of birthday parties ?.You can expect the running of children hyped to a frenzy level, with the usual soda and sugar.Did not see any running around of adult children, ? .Said that it was not horrible. The hour card is fine, and reloads will make sense for the price. The mall is connected with the establishment.

This place was way better when it first opened. Prices have gone up. It's very hard to win at the claw machines now that they discovered people were winning too much, and they took out fruit ninja, which was my favorite game here! I probably won't be frequenting this place much anymore, and I will just make the drive to Westlake for Dave & Busters now. It's a shame, too, as Mentor is significantly closer to where I live.

My wife and our friends had a lot of fun with the claw machines and paying for the opportunity to win a bunch of Japanese plushies and anime figures. Decent selection of arcade games and prices aren't bad. I'm sure I'll be back eventually.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My sister’s card was stolen and less than 2 mins after it happened I asked an employee if they could look at the cameras. He deserves 5 stars for attempting to help as much as he was able to. The manager blew us off and is completely worthless. I honestly had fun up until this incident. It’s a shame because I will not be returning. The manager could see what games were being played and refused to confront the person using the card or kick them out. The manager wasted at least 5 mins and the thief spent about $30 before she transferred the funds to a new play card. There was no sense of urgency and quite frankly I feel like this lady should have reimbursed the money since she let the girl spend the money and did not confront her. If you expect customer service then I suggest going to Dave and Busters.

So much fun! Good food and drinks. Game card tokens a little pricey.

I rarely post reviews no matter the service I receive because I have chronic anxiety that hinders confrontation. I left not long ago as I’m writing this, maybe 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helped us as it was our first time there. I was with my sister and niece, we had two game cards between us. Sometime between the 5 seconds I walked away from a machine and showed my sister the prize I won, my card was gone. I assume it fell out of my pocket because the hem flipped or whatever reason. Before I had the opportunity to look for the card in those few seconds, someone else had found it and was using the balance as I realized the card must have slipped. If it had been more than a few minutes, I would completely understand that was on me, but no time had passed at all. I must not have communicated well with the employees or they didn’t understand what I was saying, but as I was speaking with the employees, the balance was going down on the app, obviously not by me because I was standing right there with no card. I didn’t push super hard because I was already shaking from the situation. I had put $55 on the card, which is around 331 points. I played a few games before the card was gone and was at around 220 points. Again, the employees were polite and the environment was neat, but it was just a total bummer because I felt helpless. Make sure to keep your card closed if you go, someone will totally take it and use it. I’m not from the area and losing around $30 in points was a bummer so I probably won’t come back :(
