RollHouse is the latest example of Mentor’s only bowling alley. Updated and improved with a variety of offerings - clearly doing well based on the level of activity during my visit. My only real complaint was the amount of trash that greeted me in the parking lot and spilling out of every bin inside. Staff was rough - not friendly or particularly helpful. Yes yes, we know there are no buckets specials- we didn’t ask for them either…ugh

I enjoy bowling here but your food and drink prices are absolutely ridiculous. They're is no way a bowling ally should be charging almost $29 for a Titos, BV, Jim and Crown. This is not downtown at a sporting event. There is no way your costs justify these prices.

Love how they have multiple bars and different areas for open bowling when the leagues are playing. Awesome arcade as well!

Went bowling for my birthday. It was a Saturday around 5pm. Lanes were light oil. Made it nice. Had about 10 people in total. Had a good time. Will be going back.

Service is really bad. Food took 45 minutes for a salad, hot dog and fries. Didn’t even taste good. Eat before you come.

They have renovated and it is amazing! The game room is larger and has up to date games.

Terrible experience. Went with a group of 8, customer service messed it up to where only 6 of us could bowl because they didn’t charge us correctly and when trying to get it corrected, received an attitude and was never fixed. So two of us just sat there and never bowled. Then the ball return messed up on our 7th frame, they moved us to another lane and deleted all our scores. Started a new game and only bowled 2 frames and they shut us down due to time. Never bowled an entire game. And the place is a rip off, we’ll go else where next time. Sent a email to them and they never replied back.

It was fun place to bowl have good time but when u make a reservation u should inclined the shoes not charge us after we get there for that.. Bar girls are very rude don't listen to what u order give u wrong drinks when u tell them just ignore you and get somebody else's drink.. pay for it too.. what u pay for there it's little much for rude service and not adding everything to your reservation.. being rushed out didn't even clean table we were getting stuff together when family like this are table.. won't go back

Saturday night the billiards room bartender gets the award for being the first bartender to ever refuse to serve me claiming my “Ohio id “ was a fake and even went as far as asking another gentleman for his id showed they were identical and still said she wouldn’t serve me. I’m 24 years old and have been to plenty of bars and have never been treated like that.
